  Usually my experience here is pretty good, But April 19,2026 at around 830pm i came through the drive thru and specifically asked for my cookies to be fresh and that i would wait for them, amongst my other items. Now listen im a frequent cookie and tea buyer and when i handed the cookies back, the guy at the window instructed me to pull around and wait for them. So i did. The MOD, manager on duty, (short caramel complexion with a grey shirt) she brought my cookies outside, after about 4 mins. i left because they were hot to the touch. MAN, by the time i got home there were hard as bricks. so i know that she microwaved them and put them back in my bag. count your days lady whoever you are cause im definitely calling corporate. Don't play in my face like that and I'll be there tomorrow as well... wrong one.

  This McDonald's was kinda slow for service. Ordered by the ap. We purchased 2 McDonald's breakfast platters. Hot cakes, hash brown, sausage and a biscuit. Normally this is served on some sort of plate since it's pancakes and you put butter and syrup on. This was stacked in a mcnugget box and had to take everything out of the box and place on napkins. Then when the syrup was put on the pancakes the syrup drained out of the box through the holes and onto the table. So it was next to impossible to eat and enjoy. So not a good experience!

  The staff has always been pleasant and on point with all the food deliveries I've picked up here.

  I came here 3/13/26 around a little after 5am to get some hotcakes and sausage. All I received was 2 containers of pancakes no sausage at all in either container. I understand people make mistakes but it’s your job to make sure the customer is receiving what they paid for. There is no way you packaged up pancakes and didn’t realize sausage was not in the container. I shouldn’t have to check my bag at all to make sure my order is correct .. that’s your job McDonald’s .. you are providing the service. That was my first and last time going to this McDonald’s. So disappointing! Smh
