  I tried using the drive through today and it was unfortunately down. But as I was driving around I saw employees cleaning the back and it was what looked like rags or cloths. There were gnats flying all around them. The AC also wasn’t working when I entered and the employees explained to me it’s just down. But it felt like 90 degrees inside there. I wouldn’t recommend going here if they have their employees working in those types of conditions. Just horrible working conditions. How disgusting.

  Just left. I order 1 glazed and one kreme filled chocolate. Had to turn around because I was given this sorry donut. Crusty old looking chocolate barely covering the top. Two employees came over never apologized and held up a fresher tray and told me to choose which one I want. I said one that’s better than this one because I can barely see from the angle I was sitting in my car. His response was, “well it’s your donut.” As if I was being ridiculous. They also said they were out of dots. As they’re both sitting in the dining area walking around slowly and eating not working which I saw when I had to turn around. The new one they gave me was more fresh but very small. Sad to say I won’t be returning. You need to fire your employees and hire better one or this place is going to continue to go downhill.

  my wife and I have come here multiple times there’s always one or two people working. They never have anything that you need and the one time they made us coffee. It was horrible. They need to either shut this place down or find some reliable staff.

  Best doughnuts on Jefferson, stopped in because the hot sign was on! As for customer service, needs improvement! You are better off using the drive thru as they prioritize over walk in's. Cashier wasn't rude, just very slow to grab two dozen original off the rack and ring them up (i was the onlyoneinsidethelobby). Waited about 5 minutes to be acknowledged and another 3 to ring up.

  I have been to this location on multiple occasions and they never had any donuts you order. My order has been refunded due to not having the donuts. They dont even complete the refund on the spot so you know its completed. Its always "youll get an email" which is very up in the air. You would think a donut place would have donuts available. Especially when they show available in the APP. I have given this location many chances but everyone there seems like they hate their job and forget they sell donuts
