    First, I am a big fan of Jimmy John sandwiches. I order a sub from you all at lease once a week. I generally use the drive though location at 754 J. Clyde Ave which, historically, has been pretty good. However, the last 2 times I was there, I ordered the same thing, a #7 with no Onions. And both times, there were onions on the sandwich but no peppers. The first time the order was wrong, I returned to the store and received another sub quickly with no issue. The second time, which was yesterday, I returned the sub and was met with an attitude of indifference. No apology, just that he would make another one. When I tried to return the mistake through the window, he just looked at me for what felt like 15 seconds. I asked if he would take it and he mumbled something about a trash can. I tried to give it to him again and he spoke a little louder pointing to the street and simply said "over there". I was a little annoyed and loudly thanked him because I thought he was hard of hearing. I threw the sandwich away and came back to the window where I could hear the employees making jokes and laughing. Thinking that I might have angered someone unintentionally, I looked through the window to watch them make the new sandwich. This seemed to amuse them even more. Finally, another employee, I think it was a girl but she had facial hair, opened the window, then simply stuck her arm out to hand me the bag. No apologies, no greeting, just a blank face. I started to complain directly to her and stopped knowing it wouldn't resolve anything so I asked who the manager is. She replied "Art". I asked if Art was there, and she replied "no". Before I left, I told her there was no point in talking to her but that this lunch crew wasn't very good and that I will talk to Art. Unfortunately, there is no contact information for the manger so i am resolved to send this message to who knows who. If the attitude of the company as a whole is anything like the attitude in this location, I don't expect a response. I hope I will get some clarity, though, because I would rather continue making Jimmy a Johns weekly lunch destination than not.

    I cannot believe how burned I felt after I ordered their 30 sandwich catering bundle. There was hardly any meat, some had no cheese - and I handed our cheer team the sorriest looking sandwiches filled with nothing that I’ve ever seen. Do not come Near this place for catering for your teams, I feel completely ripped off and disappointed. Wawa, Subway, firehouse - they all at least put more than a single thin slice of meat on their catering sandwiches.

    Been to this location at least half a dozen times already. Always quick and well made like you would expect from Jimmy John's. The employees are so friendly and nice. Coming back soon!
