  We ran in for 3 items, of course, we purchased about 20 items. when we went to check out, there was only one clerk checking people out and there was several people in the line. There were several self check outs open, so we went to a self check out. We had some produce that did not have a number. So we had to wait for her to come over a put in the code. If I have to do the work of a cashier, It would be good to get a discount on my purchase. After all, I'm saving the store the cost of hiring another person.

  The absolute most disgusting bathroom i have ever had the displeasure of seeing. I do not normally shop at this Food Lion, but out of pure convenience I decided that I was gonna do my monthly grocery shopping in here. There is no way that at 8pm, the bathroom looks as if it hadn’t been cleaned ALL DAY. The menstrual tins were OVERFLOWING, the toilets were FILLED with feces and mounds of toilet paper, and the floors were entirely COVERED in what smelled like urine and dirty strips of toilet paper like it’s been there all day. Then, the gall of this bathroom to have an “Employee Hygiene Guide” on the wall. I absolutely felt disgusting leaving the place. I normally wouldn’t take the time to write a review like this, but the employees are using the same disgusting bathroom and then coming out to handle the same groceries that we buy and feed to our families and that’s unacceptable. After walking in the bathroom, I had to put my entire cart of groceries away after shopping for nearly 2 hours .There was no way I was gonna buy food out of a place when the employees are Implied to use the same restroom I witnessed. I should have taken pictures to post, but I fear if I stayed in the bathroom any longer, I would have vomited. I walked around the store a few times looking for a manager, to ask them if they had been in that store at all since their shift began, but I couldn’t find anyone. This place is disgusting.
