  I like coming to this food lion but for some reason Saundra was rude. I started to put items on the belt just getting them out the basket while she was checking another customer out. They were having a conversation & as I am putting the groceries on the belt. She stopped talking to the customer who she was checking out & stated I didnt need to lay the box of juices down I can stand them up. I never had anyone say anything to me about how I put groceries on the belt. I was just putting the items on the belt nothing more than that. I didn’t see any issue. She never said hello or anything just that. It was very sarcastic & I let her know I am just putting items on the belt. When it was time for me to check out just crickets. Customer service is basic and it is noticeable when it is lacking.

  I have the most aggravating experience EVERY SINGLE TIME I come into this store. The self checkout ALWAYS has a long line. The front end staff wants to act like they are doing something by “managing“ self checkout instead of actually helping customers by opening another register. I’m so sick of their rude and patronizing behavior.

  You have some very nice employees but it's the older ones that's helpful and making coming back easy but the younger teens are disrespectful don't want to work cashier very nasty attitudes
