I completely agree with Calie M.—unfortunately, there has been no change at this location. Eye-rolling and sheer rudeness should not be tolerated from customer service staff. Just like others have experienced, only self-checkout, and employees were just standing around at the front. I filled out the survey on my receipt hoping it would help, but management really needs to step in and fix this store's customer service.

Rude cashier named Cassion. He left the register as I approached without saying a word. Came back to the register and still no greeting. Proceeded to talk about a older lady to the other cashier, saying “ go get your grandma “ and “ why is it always on my shift “ Then he left my bags after he bagged them right behind the register to where I couldn’t even reach them. Stop hiring these kids with basic customer service. I visit this location often and this is the first time I have ever had an issue.

I got groceries from here and tried to used my EBT. They charge my Debit card twice. Now i knew some was going to be paid in cash which i had. But what about as taking off in place of my EBT already had a home for bills. I tried gettin help in exchanging it but i was told they can’t do it apparently ( which was a lie). Now that $206 down the drain that i have to make up for because i need it for bills.
