  Employee was really nice when asked for where something was and he walked me to it. Nice about me leaving the store 1 min before close since it was a rush to grab 4 things. I didnt get his name bit he was stocking the back area on 8/28

  Miss Cynthia at about 9:45 AM August 14, 2026 I feel like personally went up and beyond. I was told at the deli bakery for my son‘s third birthday party. They were unable to provide a cake because the person was going to be off the next day and they need 24 hour notice. I asked Miss Cynthia if she knew the number for the other Food Lion. A very bland response could’ve been. I don’t have that on hand. You can look it up instead, Miss Cynthia stop what she was doing helped out another guest because I would assume that would be her primary task is to help the guest, but she still went and looked the number up for me and got it. She was getting ready to write it down, but I wanted to save her. The trouble and I just dialed it out. I clearly could’ve pulled my phone out and looked up the number myself, but this just shows you how important customer service services and that there are still good people in the world that do their job and then some. Thank you, Miss Cynthia for helping Assist in making my son‘s birthday special. I recommend that she gets some notoriety for her service. That team at times can be trivial, but she definitely gave me a different opinion about that store and it’s service

  Just left out of here the lady that’s working self checkout. It’s selective of who she wants to talk to. She didn’t greet me and she was on her device.
