  Poor customer service Not a variety available as expected (out of most choices) Atmosphere clean but the above two over shadows causing a not a good experience

  Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been in there’s always flies near the donuts and breads/ croissants and this old lady named April customer service is terrible . I asked her to remake my hot chocolate because it’s watery and she made a smart remark I’m not gonna continue wasting my money coming here

  This place is always a circus. Please find some decent employees. By far the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I only go here because of the convenient location and I regret it every single time. Manager has a good heart but good hearts don't run a good business. And be prepared to wait for a long time!
