Waited 40mins for a pizza that was never put in the oven despite 4 different people asking what I was here for. They said they gave me a credit but no credit to be found. Not even worth getting again

⭐️ 1 star — This location is the Wild West of customer service. We order from this Domino’s regularly because it’s right at the entrance to our neighborhood and, as a toddler mom, convenience matters. Unfortunately, this location has gotten to the point where I will not spend another dollar there. This location recently became independently operated rather than part of the Domino’s franchise system, and the difference in accountability is very noticeable. The service has become a complete mess. Here’s the timeline: In June, we ordered pizzas for delivery on a Saturday around lunchtime. We waited approximately 40 minutes, only to receive the completely wrong food. I called the store and was told not to touch the food because they would pick it back up and immediately bring our correct order. Fine. We waited another 40 minutes for the replacement. For context, I can literally walk from my house to this store in under five minutes. I spoke with a manager and was given a $25 store credit, with instructions to call the store directly to use it because it wasn't attached to my account in the app. A few weeks later, we placed another pickup order. My two-year-old's cheese pizza was covered in onions. I returned to the store and was told they would remake the pizza for us on our next visit. So at this point, I should have had a $25 credit AND a replacement pizza. Two weeks ago, I went into the store and specifically confirmed the credits before ordering. The employee entered my order and gave me a total of approximately $24. I assumed that meant my $25 credit had been applied, leaving the replacement pizza for another time. My husband picked up the order and was charged approximately $14 more. So apparently the credit wasn't applied, and neither was the replacement. Oh, and the sauces I had paid for were missing, so I had to drive back to the store again that same day to get the items I had already paid for. I spoke with the manager on duty, who I believe was named Elijah. He was actually very kind and apologetic and listened while I explained everything that had happened over our previous orders. He entered a note directly into their system that said, in all caps: “CUSTOMER HAS CREDIT FOR ANY TWO FREE PIZZAS.” He turned the screen around and showed it to me. He specifically told me that when I called next time, the employees would see the note and honor it. So yesterday, I called to order. The employee who answered said, “I don't see anything on your account. Let me get you a manager.” I was placed on hold and transferred to a manager named Star, who told me there was nothing on my account and that she couldn't do anything. At that point, I said, “Well, isn't that very convenient.” This isn't about wanting free pizza. It's about repeatedly paying for food I didn't receive, receiving incorrect orders, being promised credits and replacements, having those promises documented by a manager, and then being told they don't exist. Mistakes happen. I understand that. What I don't understand is why the customer is repeatedly expected to spend their time, gas, and money fixing the store's mistakes. I have made multiple trips back to this location, made multiple phone calls, explained the same situation repeatedly, and still haven't received what I was promised. The entire operation feels like the Wild West—wrong orders, missing items, credits that mysteriously disappear, and employees passing the problem to the next person. And to Domino’s corporate: I understand this location is now independently operated. But it is still operating under the Domino’s name. You should care about the customer experience being associated with your brand. I won't be spending another nickel at this location. This isn't about two free pizzas. It's about accountability.

Not once do they EVER get my order right. Every time there is something not right. Missing items, no sauce when extra was ordered, never ever right.
