I went there yesterday on August 26, 2026. when I went there, I ordered the number four which it is not stated that the combo does not come with fries drink and the two hotdog in America. It is pretty standard for Dairy Queen‘s that offer an eight or nine dollar combo meal. That’s the standard that it comes with the woman at the register was an older Indian lady or middle aged she seemed like she knew decent English. I told her what I wanted she proceeded to ring me up, and then I had to explain to her three times what I wanted she rang me up she had ass made my caramel moo latte which tasted awful and gave me my drink, and then get my bag for my order, I’ll look in the bag. There’s only one hotdog. I explained to her. I only got one chili cheese dog, and there was supposed to be two in my meal. She kept pointing to the picture, and I kept explaining what comes with my meal then she tries to ring me up for another hotdog and I said I just paid almost $11 for my meal why are you ringing me up for another hotdog? It comes with my meal she acted really standoffish to me. Told me she was there by herself I said where is my french fry my other hotdog well she was very dismissive and was trying to take the next person‘s order and I was like what about my order I’m like you can’t just walk away from what you’re doing with me just to take somebody else’s order. I’m being very polite at this point I was like can I just get a refund but she goes back after a few minutes, comes back with my hotdog then I just ask her politely. Where is my french fry that goes with it she pretended like she didn’t know what the french fry was she didn’t proceeded to ask a customer after I ask her if she had a manager or somebody I could speak with she kept insisting she was by herself and she was new so she blatantly ask a customer if she could use their phone to call their manager and wanted them to speak with the manager. The customer was being overly polite and a kiss ass to her telling her that she spoke good English and she was doing a good job when blatantly she wasn’t. I think she was pretending not to speak good English to get sympathy because a little bit later, a man comes flying out of the bag and ask what the problem was. and I was telling him and he’s gonna get hostile with me and go point to the picture of the mini Board and says does it look like we sell fries to you? We don’t sell fries here and I’m like well. You charged me for the same price for a combo that a regular Dairy Queen would charge me for a regular meal with fries. and I stated that a picture of a french fry doesn’t have to be on there for it to be on the menu. It’s usually a given when you order a Dairy Queen combo your menu shows nowhere that says we don’t offer fries. People in a hurry aren’t going to look to see if Dairy Queen sells fries or not but just the way he handled it in the woman lied to me about being alone in the beginning was very unprofessional. I wanna ask for a refund. They denied it to me. The woman act like she didn’t know what a refund was and the guy was just so rude. I just told him I was going to file a complaint and walked away when I did this, he seemed very hostile in his mannerisms, and even when my husband was at the bottom of the food court eating his food, I threw mine away because I was worried they contaminated it out of hostility I could see them pointing and talking about me to other customers, which was very unprofessional. so basically, they stole my money because they refused a refund, and I was forced to throw away my food because first of all the drink was awful and second of all I was worried that they did something to my food. This was the worst experience ever . I left there with my blood pressure up and embarrassed as hell because they made me look like a complete karen in front of people that I didn’t even know and getting random customers involved in our situation. I apologize for all the typos, but when I tried to go back and refund my review, it would not let me repost it so I had to leave it

Horrible service — August 11, 2026 at 5:15 PM I ordered an Oreo Blizzard, but when I received it, it was basically just vanilla ice cream with almost no Oreo pieces. I politely asked if they had run out of Oreos, and instead of helping me, the employees gave me attitude and told me that the amount was “normal.” I asked the young man if he could please add more Oreos. Instead, he proceeded to mix the Blizzard while showing me the few tiny pieces of Oreo that were already in it, as if that was supposed to be acceptable. The employees were laughing among themselves, and the woman wearing a hijab was speaking another language while laughing with them. Then the man in the picture approached me aggressively, got very close to me, and told me that I would be charged if they added more Oreos, insisting that they have “always” put that amount in their Blizzards. The way I was treated was completely unnecessary. I was polite and simply asked for the product I ordered to have a reasonable amount of Oreo in it. Customer service should never involve employees laughing at or becoming confrontational with a customer over a simple request. I strongly suggest management take action and address the customer service at this location. There are already many negative reviews mentioning similar experiences. This kind of service is disappointing and hurts the reputation of Dairy Queen, which is normally known for good service and quality treats. I would not recommend this location. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The workers that worked on July 13, were awful we ordered to blizzards and one was cotton candy and a royal choco brownie and then said she got it and then made the cotton candy one and then ask what the other one was how you said it and then she said well you paid for the basic one you have to pay an extra dollar. Maybe we should start listening to the costumes especially when they said what they wanted 5 times
