Then they refused to serve anybody, even though there was food ready to go. They claimed it had to be online orders only. Half the customers left. The other half had to wait another 15+ minutes. He was so nasty, and so mean, and so rude. It's on video. He needs to be fired. I will not be giving my money to this place again. Clean up your act. Teach your staff what good customer service is. The manager of this place should be fired. This is absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable..

Then inside they have the chili lime chips advertise but yet you can’t purchase them inside the store. You can only get the plain chips. The customer service was beyond rude from the girl making the ball to the guy ringing the food up. I’ve never in my life dealt with such rudeness and nastiness. The location is also dirty and filthy trash is all over the place things have not been wiped down and cleaned and yet we’re supposed to think that our food is safe. This is a direct reflection on management and the company as a whole.
