  Went there the evening of 6/7/26 and they didn't season their chicken, beans, or white rice. Couldn't have been more disappointed. A few days prior to this I went to this location and was turned away by the manager with her saying they're not taking any walk-ins only online orders and they had a bar full of food too. This location is trash! Never going back!

  I placed an online order for pickup and it wasn’t ready at the scheduled time, which wasn’t a big issue. The bigger problem was standing there watching my order being made and seeing the employee completely ignore the extra portions I specifically paid for. When I politely mentioned it, he rudely claimed the order didn’t show extras even though the label clearly listed them. On top of that, my queso was forgotten entirely. When I asked for it, the employee didn’t even acknowledge me — he just handed it over without a word. No sorry or you’re welcome when I said thank you. The customer service was extremely poor and dismissive throughout the whole interaction. One employee handling to-go orders clearly lacks the professionalism and basic communication skills needed for a customer-facing role. He should work in the back. The manager that allows this behavior should be reprimanded as well. Very disappointing experience overall. The portions honestly look less than the normal meager size given.

  Always have all items available. Good friendly service. Parking is quite difficult do to the shopping center location

  Chipotle is usually an in and out restaurant, in that there are never any issues with ordering and leaving out with your food. The dat we visited, they were understaffed and things looked chaotic and unclean.
