  I used to frequent this Chipotle regularly, but unfortunately the experience has declined to the point that I will not be returning. Portion sizes are extremely inconsistent. Depending on the employee, you may receive a very small portion or a generous one, even though you are paying the same price each time. They also seem to be frequently out of ingredients, including different proteins and other basic menu items. My most recent visit was especially disappointing because of the customer service. An employee named Sahara was extremely rude and appeared visibly irritated while working the food line. She was practically throwing the serving spoons back into the containers, ignoring customers, and had an extremely poor attitude throughout the interaction. The entire experience made customers feel like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. I understand that restaurants get busy and employees can have bad days, but basic courtesy and professionalism should still be expected. Between the inconsistent portions, frequent ingredient shortages, and disrespectful customer service, I can no longer recommend this location. I used to come here often, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  Just went to this CNU location for probably the last time. Went into the store. 1 person in line no big deal. I have 1 bowl for my wife and 1 burrito for myself. No more chicken. Okay no problem I’ll wait. 10 mins goes by, they start cutting steak behind me. “Hey how much longer for chicken?” Idk they’re still cooking. Another 10. Now chicken is done. Sitting in the metal tin not getting cut up while 15-20 people are now in line ALL waiting for chicken. I start asking people behind me if they want to go ahead of me to get a different protein. Finally get through and ask for a manager when I’m about to pay. Comes up “Who is asking for me” like I’m not standing directly in front of him. I calmly explain like hey man what’s going on you have a bunch of people / students just trying to get their food and get on with their day. He proceeds to come up with 1000% excuses after I pointed out to one of the workers “Hey the chicken is done right behind yall can someone please get my food”. I wasn’t even angry at the time just disappointed. I haven’t had chipotle in a while for this EXACT reason. Usually “decent” food but often lacking and mostly HORRIBLE store management. I watched the manager ask one of his employees her name which is frankly sad I felt bad for the employee. No accountability as the manager just stormed off with more excuses and didn’t offer anything to make my experience better. I told the poor girl before I left I’m sorry you have to deal with this man. I didn’t get his name but I wish I had. Absolutely pathetic behavior for a store manager I don’t know how this is normal for a 6pm dinner rush with absolutely ZERO chicken on the line which I’m guessing is the most popular protein. Regardless, tired of wasting my time with this place please save your time and money and go to Plaza two blocks down the road or Si Senior by Hilton

  I came to this restaurant today for a simple lunch. What I found when I walked in were two young men with heads down sound asleep at a table. They are obviously of school age. I mentioned it to one of the workers. She said she thought they were just there skipping school. I suggested that the manager do something about it. They seemed to show no interest. This is a place for people to come and eat, not to have a table taken up by lazy “boys” that are doing nothing but sleeping!
