    I ordered a regular biscuit this morning and was accidentally given a chicken biscuit. The staff was friendly and quick to fix and refund after i expressed that my order was misinterpreted and that I cannot eat chicken. I got my food back, I went back home to eat and saw fried chicken pieces still on the biscuit as if the staff just took the patty off. When a customer tells you they can't have chicken, that doesn't mean take it off the bun and call it a day. I could've gotten really sick had this been an actual allergy of mines.

    The employee treated me like a thief, asking me to confirm the order in front of other customers in a very unpleasant way. I’m there to pick up and deliver, not to steal. How can I confirm an order if the package is sealed? If I must confirm items, then the package would need to be open. It’s extremely uncomfortable to be asked to confirm in a manner implying I might steal. This needs to be addressed.

    Went in instead of drive thru because drive thru here has been slow since opening. Went inside, ordered 1 milkshake, sat on windowsill about 10 feet from register. After 8 minutes I start wondering if drive thru would have been faster. So after 10 minutes I walk up to counter, notice 2 ladies talking towards drive thru door, see the milkshake machine no one in front of it. So I ask cashier that rang me up if she knew why it had taken 10 minutes for a milkshake to be made. “Oh it’s ready.” She walks around corner, grabs a melting milkshake and hands it to me. The entire time I waited she had taken 1 order and paced behind counter. We locked eyes probably 10 times but somehow it didn’t dawn on her, “Oh that’s the guy that ordered a milkshake sitting over here just out of view.” 1 out of 10.

    This is the absolute slowest Chick Fil A I have ever been too. I understand it's new and employees are learning however there is zero reason it should take 15 minutes to get a drink to go inside or any reason it should take 15+ minutes for the mobile drive thru. I order from my mobile because I'm in a hurry. Make the food once the order goes in. If it's cold then that's the customers problem for not being close enough. I've been late for work 2 times now because I've been stuck waiting in either the car line or Inside.

    I have come here so many times since they opened and having 4 kids I always get an order for 5 or more. Every time I order they make me pull around to the Advanced Auto business next to them and wait in their parking lot to bring my food to me and every time my order is missing items when I get home. I told the lady today that they should offer an ice-cream cone for the inconvenience of always asking me to wait at the business next door and always forgetting items in my bag. The manager Lauren said she could not do that. So I asked for a refund and she said it would take a couple days and if I didn't get it I could come back. This is the closest Chic fila to my house and I will not go back to it. As much as I love chicfila this one is not like the others. I will drive further for better service moving forward. Over 100 dollars
