  If you order online, expect your order to be ready 30min+ later than your pickup time. Also when waiting at the pickup counter, everyone will avoid making eye contact with you to help you. They sometimes will remember your drink. They need to hire more staff or come up with a better system.

  This Cava is terribly mismanaged. The staff constantly seems overwhelmed and unable to fill orders. I regret every time I order here, online orders often take over an hour. I’ve spent over 45 minutes standing in the restaurant waiting on my order this time alone. Good chain restaurant, just complete lack of management and staff.
