  We had our 20th year anniversary celebration here last night and the service was incredible! The kids got their food fast and everything came out hot and the servers took great care of us balancing a group of 35. Avee and Nene served us with help from others. They did great!

  Went tonight and it was honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Everything was seasoned so well and was just so incredibly good. Christian was amazing; he was so friendly and just on it.

  Had the lamb chops for dinner and they were horrible. 3 chops. The thin one was tough and overcooked and the 2 thick ones were bloody inside and I asked for them to be cooked medium, and They had absolutely no taste , no seasoning...the broccoli was overcooked and mushy I sent it back, they bought more that was cooked exactly the same way.. Service wasn't too bad. But the food left a lot to be desired!!!

  My husband and I had a late night return from a job. Upon arrival we were not greeted with appreciation but sarcasm. I have been a carrabbas customer for 30 yrs. This restaurant was the WORST by far! Our waitress made it known that she was pissed off by our late arrival as well as her manager. The calamari was so chopped up u couldn’t tell what was tenicles and what was not. I am so DISPLEASED with the service and the manager that I’m making it a point to forewarn everyone from goin there! This establishment is a DISGRACE to the Carrabbas standard and name that I HAD to write a review! DO NOT GO HERE!! It is disgraceful!! Please close this establishment or hire ALL NEW CREW MEMBERS!

  Me and my boyfriend went to the Carrabba's Italian grill on the 27th of Apr it Was amazing!! The food was so fresh and a very good quality it really gives authentic Italian food 🤍 are server was amazing she was so nice and helpful as I used to work in a key largo Italian food company with true Italian food coming into this place I didn't know what I was going to expect but I'm so glad I went it was absolutely amazing and I would definitely be coming again true authentic Italian food 🤍 with amazing service !!! Definitely will be telling people about it 🤍
