  As a waitress it breaks my heart to leave such a bad review. When my boyfriend and I walked in, it took forever to be greeted and sat. The workers are off in a corner talking and ignoring you. Then when we got sat it took forever for our waitress to acknowledge us and take our order. Once we got the food our server didn’t come to check on us or provide us with any refills. The restaurant is dirty and the food came out cold. What an awful experience.

  To go is always slow, even when the place is half empty. The place usually stinks of dirty mop water. Food quality is hit or miss.

  This location was one of the worst locations I have ever been to. Disappointing on so many levels. First, we arrive pretty late. Place closes at 2:00 a.m and it looks pretty promising. We sit at our table and our waiter comes to take our drink order. We get our drinks and he gives us time to look at the menu... like, a LOT of time. We probably wait for about 25 minutes for him to come take our order. He doesnt have a book or anything, just memorization I guess. So then, we wait for a long time again. Maybe a little over 30 minutes this time. What is our server doing? Paying more attention to the table right next to us! Mind you, he hasnt checked on us or given us a refill on our drinks! I'm starting to get pissed because this kind of service is unacceptable. He's everywhere BUT where we are. Finally, our food comes. And we never got our appetizer! He says "oh they didnt bring it out?" Like???? Isn't that your job?! Way to tell on yourself that you suck at your job. My boyfriend asks to knock it off our bill, we're very frustrated and hungry. So we just eat. The food is mediocre at best, and my chicken sandwich was very underwhelming. Mind you, we still hadn't gotten any refills yet, so my boyfriend asks for one. I didnt get one. We ate quickly and left and left no tip because wdym we waited an hour without anyone checking on us, not giving us our appetizer and a meal that was clearly thrown together just so everyone could leave? People wonder why Gen Z doesn't tip. My boyfriend and I usually tip very well, especially if we get exceptional service. This was WELL below the bar. Safe to say we will not be returning.

  Our server was absolutely amazing! However, the lack of support from the manager Mike showed, from the new host being left alone, to him refusing to come out to talk with guests when they asked for him, and him just sitting in the back. Tables were left ungreeted, some walked out, the team seemed overwhelmed. Lack of support from a manager specially when the team is voicing needing the help, is how you lose good team members.
