  Door handle is dirty. The waiters and staff grunt instead of speaking a complete sentence. The waiters are choosy about who them treat better. Table bread was stale. The asparagus was grilled, wilted & too thin. Food is luke warm. Please ask the server to tie back her very long hair & wear gloves. Customers should not have to remind the sever to bring her drinks from the bar AFTER they have received their meal.

  July 2nd. The food was better than the service. Server set us, dropped food, then disappeared. Never brought the bread she said was on the way, and did not bring the extra items we requested when ordering. We spent 10 minutes trying to flag her down to get the items we were missing. After we had almost finished, had to catch her so we could at least get a refill of water. Disappointing birthday dinner for my wife to say the least. Going to try again in a few months, hopefully they will have better waiting staff.

  I had several gift card, one card was not a physical card. It was a choose your card.com which became a problem. Alanda was our waitress, very pleasant & attentive. She said her manager couldn't take it. While trying to figure out the card I notice a young guy working name Phillip and decided to ask him about how to retrieve emails from months ago. He was willing & took the time to help but wasn't able to retrieve it after trying several options. So happen another worker came by our table, her name was Danielle, she took the time and figured out exactly how to retrieve the card and we were able to make it work for us. I just want to say it was a true blessing to have young people today willing and able to assist seniors.

  Truly a great experience. The food was excellent, and was cooked perfectly. The menu has plenty of different options that should be able to satisfy most cravings. Our server was amazing. We didn't have a big group, but we weren't a small group either. She was very friendly and really set the atmosphere for an enjoyable evening out with friends and family. She immediately recognized that we weren't in a rush, and set a pace with the service that allowed us to really enjoy each course without feeling like we were being hurried through the meal to get the table turned over. For that reason alone I'd be happy to come back again and again.

  The atmosphere was good vibes but it took over 20 mins before our server even greeted us or took our drink order. Thank the lord we weren't dying of thirst. Once we placed our order it came out incorrect and my wife ended up getting her food way late after the mix up of her order to begin with. The Bang Bang shrimp was not the greatest and to be honest with you 2nd Street Bistro does it way better. It gave three out of four of us an upset stomach the next day. I don't know who's idea it is to serve fried pickles and even the Bang Bang shrimp on a bed of iceberg lettuce is just insane and not very appetizing. Also the Imperial Dip was way too greasy to even fully enjoy which was unfortunate the least to say. On top of it all our server Lauren D. did not provide the greatest of service whatsoever. She showed no expression at all towards us and acted more like we were a burden in comparison to her other tables she was sat with. We wished it was a better experience than it was and we will not be coming back to this location , but may visit another location in the future.
