  This location is terrible. Their system wouldn't accept my gift card even though I confirmed there was balance on it. Also saw them using a pressure washer on the walls right next to where they were cooking. That doesn't seem sanitary.

  I always love it when I find an Arby's in my travels because you don't have them back home. But this location was disappointing. My fries arrived cold, and this location does not offer a military discount. The popular soda options were out of order. None of the tables were clean, neither were the floors. The bathroom was accessible and cleaned though.

  Meal was inedible. I love Arbys, but this location food tasted and smelled off, coke was see through (watered down). Didn’t notice until I got back to my hotel room. Was asked to yell into the order box. Staff wasn’t engaged at all, but were polite enough. Overall an odd experience & I see the owner is on this thread often. I work in a service industry as well and hope this is some valuable feedback.

  Mr or Ms GM you guys need to have a sit down with your morning manager that was their 06/18/26 she needs a customer service class asap she's making your establishment look really bad she's very rude its not the customers fault that she's not happy or satisfied with her Arby's career ! She disturb my spirit i was have a great day before I went there! Very ghetto never again!

  They soft closed nearly 40 minutes before their posted time. Lights were on and I could see employees but was ignored at the drive thru.
