  Saturday 5/16 - The walk up orders making the line stay completely stopped for 20+ minutes is completely ridiculous. Having people get out of line to walk up instead because they’re getting served faster is insane. Drive thru should take precedence. Sick of wasting so much time here, do better.

  Stopped by 7 Brew in Newport News for their Mother’s Day special (Buy 2 Get 1 Free) and it was a great experience! I got the Mermaid Fizz — a sugar-free piña colada smoothie — and it was absolutely delicious. My daughter loved hers too (not sure what she ordered, but she was happy!).The line looked intimidating — it wrapped around the shopping center and I thought we’d be there forever. But they had two drive-thru lanes plus team members outside taking orders, so it moved surprisingly fast. Service was quick and efficient despite the crowd.Every drink we got was awesome. Definitely worth the drive! Can’t wait for the new location in Portsmouth to open so we don’t have to travel as far, but even with the trip, it’s worth it.Highly recommend 7 Brew!

  They desperately need to figure out the drive-thru line situation. It’s SO bad and it has been bad since they opened and nothing has been done. You can have up to 4 different lines forming from 4 completely different directions. You can wait for 30 minutes sometimes just to get into the parking lot of the 7-Brew. The franchise in Richmond has no issues with the drive-thru so I’m not sure why they can’t figure it out at this one.

  The wrong drink came to the car, and when my Girlfriend asked them about it there was nothing but excuses. The girl who brought the drink said give me a minute ill talk to the manager, and when she went inside i literally heard someone say "were not paying for her drink". They offered to put caramel drizzle on my girlfriends drink and she said no thank you ill just deal with the wrong drink. What usually makes my girlfriend extremly happy, was a pretty bad experience today. We never asked for a free drink, all we asked was for them to make the drink correctly. Today was a big failure for 7brew, especially since we are a pretty constant customers.

  It is one of the most popular places around Newport News, Virginia. The lines are always long to experience their drinks. Customer service is amazing. Of course my favorite is the Iced Blondie with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Go check them out!!
