Really disappointing, as I come to 7 brews often. However, this time the drink was made really poorly and didn't taste right when I asked for it to be remade, they argued about it. So I requested refund. Unable to get a receipt for refund. Poor service and poor attitude from staff.

Every time I go to 7 Brew to get coffee, I always have such a great experience! All of the employees are so nice, friendly, and welcoming. The service is always super fast, and everyone has such a positive attitude. They really know how to make your day better! The drinks are always amazing, and I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great coffee and even better customer service!

I come here often on my way to work and my go to order is the cookie butter. For the past few months, my drink has been consistently terrible. It tastes burnt, watered down, and not sweet. Once in a while, it would taste decent. It used to be SO GOOD. Please bring the old crew back.

I don’t usually go to this shop but I wanted a specific flavor of coffee today. The drink was watered down and the boy who handed me my drink was so rude, he didn’t confirm my order, smile, nothing. Bad experience, hopefully they do better since it’s the only location around.

The service at the Hampton location needs improvement and better supervision . We sat in line forever watching employees stand around talking then act surprised when we get to the window and no one has taken our order. It took the guy forever to come back to the car so we could place an order as he stopped to chat with other employees again. I’ve also never had a “milkshake”that was full of ice. I was VERY disappointed with this location.
