They seem to make their German Chocolate Mocha slightly different (better imo) than other 7 Brew - the best way to describe the difference would be: it tasted more like the cake and less like flavored syrup.

The linea are too long and holding up traffic in Newport News. You need to have a person to come out to take orders at the cars and direct traffic or have them others not in deive thru to back in parking lot to have someone come take there orders like sonic or chic fla. Get it together. Its illegal to hold up traffic like that.

I ordered through the mobile app for the first time because I figured it would be faster and more convenient. The app doesn’t let you pay ahead, so you still have to pay when you get there, which honestly wasn’t a big deal. I ordered and paid for a medium Blonde Breve, and from the time I paid with Apple Pay to the time I got my drink, it took 18 minutes. The frustrating part wasn’t even the wait—it was watching why the wait was happening. The whole time I was standing there, I could see several employees inside just talking, laughing, standing around, and even hitting each other with towels. It wasn’t just one or two employees taking a quick break. There were 4 or 5 of them goofing around while 5-10 customers were standing there waiting, on top of a busy drive-thru line. Somehow, people who got in the drive-thru after I had already ordered ended up getting their drinks before I did. On top of that others after me get their drinks faster and before me. So much for ordering ahead to save time. After waiting all that time, I expected at least a properly made drink. Instead, my coffee was leaking from the lid the second they handed it to me. I don’t know if the lid wasn’t put on correctly or if it was overfilled, but coffee was running down the sides of the cup. By the time I walked to my car, my hands were covered in coffee, it had dripped on my clothes and shoes, and I had to clean up the mess before I could even take a sip. At that point I honestly thought about throwing the drink away because after an 18-minute wait, that’s the last thing you expect. The most disappointing part of this whole experience was the complete lack of urgency and professionalism. Nobody seemed to care that customers were waiting. Instead of focusing on getting orders out, it felt more like employees were hanging out with friends than actually working. I understand having fun at work, but there’s a time and place for it, and it’s definitely not when customers have been waiting nearly 20 minutes for a single coffee. It also made me wonder, where was the manager? I never saw anyone supervising or stepping in to get things moving. The entire shift looked completely unorganized, and it showed in both the wait time and the quality of the drink. This was my first time using the mobile app, and based on this experience, it’ll probably be my last unless the staff get’s it together.

I come around 630-645 most mornings. It was Sunday so there were only two cars in line, one in each lane. Both cars had already ordered and nobody approached me. The truck in the outside lane got their order and left. Then the car in front of me got theirs and left. A car then pulls into the lane next to me. At this point, 5 min has passed and nobody has taken my order because they’re standing around talking. The order taker comes out and heads straight to the truck to take his order before me. I put my window down and yell EXCUSE ME I WAS HERE FIRST! And she responds, “Oh he’ll take your order in a moment” and points to a boy on the floor wiping stuff down. Of course the other car got their order before me and I was still left waiting. She was so worried about being in that boys face smh
