  After we absolutely whooped some ass playing Clemson in lacrosse we got something victory smoothies to seal off the day. Absolutely stellar way to end It!

  Hailey is fantastic! She provides great customer service!! The food and smoothies are accurate and of good quality. I come here daily for the customer experience.

  I just wanted utensils but they put a sign on the window saying they’re closed on orders but the door can be open. I asked and they kept telling me to go and that I can do that unless I need an order later after 3. The names were Hailey (tall gothic lady) and some curly haired girl I didn’t get the name from. Both gave me mean faces and were ranting about me and others coming in just to get utensils.

  Amina has excellent customer service. She was so nice and patient. She is very knowledgeable about her job. Also the manager Hailey was very nice and knowledgeable running her crew. Amina and Hailey are assets to your company. The dining area was very clean. Also Yamile makes the best smoothies and she is very clean and fast. They are a great crew.

  Placed an online order today with a pickup time of 1:43. When I arrived, the store was very busy, which I expected for a Saturday around lunchtime, so I didn’t mind waiting a bit. After about 15 minutes, I checked in at the counter. I already had my smoothie but was still waiting on my food. The employee at the desk said they were really backed up on food orders. I waited another 15 minutes and then went back to ask if they could verify that my order was actually in the queue. I had started to worry that another customer may have picked up my food since there didn’t seem to be any system in place. Food was coming out but no one was verifying orders. It turned out my name was not in the queue at all, and I was again told they were backed up on food. After waiting a total of about 35 minutes, I asked them to check the status of my order one more time. That is when they told me the order had already been made, which was exactly what I suspected. They offered to remake it, but at that point I just asked for a refund. A woman with red hair came over, put the money in my hand, and walked away without saying a word. No apology or acknowledgment. It felt as though I was being treated like the inconvenience, even though I had just waited nearly 40 minutes for one quesadilla. I will not be returning to this location.
