  I don’t know if this sonic has changed their management, but this place sux! I literally just made a small order and this man on the intercom couldn’t hear me, but I was speaking loud. Then when I asked questions about the order, he CUT ME OFF as I was trying to confirm something & sounded irritated. Bro how are YOU irritated when I’m the one on the other end having to constantly repeat myself? Make it make sense… Thankfully the lady who gave me the order was nice.

  Firstly I’d like to start with, I’ve given this place three chances and have been severely let down three times. Today I ordered for my family $83 worth of food with a tip bringing it to $100. Dude (with an attitude) read my order back verbatim everything was right, the receipt was right. I have every reason to think everything would be right….. 30 minutes later I get home. HALF of my order wasn’t even in the bag. And the ONE fry we did get was a small. Everyone wanted large as was ordered. Drinks weren’t even the right size. One drink didn’t even taste like what it was supposed to be. The tea literally had mold floating it was so old. I’m so over this place the customer service is shitty every time, and they don’t own up to their mistakes, and I’ve never had an order actually be right. I don’t understand why people work there if they don’t like their job.

  Food was fresh. My burger was a little hard to eat it wanted to fall apart. The hot fudge Sundaes were good but a little smaller than expected. It is nice to have an option for tater tots because that's not something you find a lot. Other than the outdoor ordering. Everything is about what you would expect from fast food
