  I always recommend ordering on the app and then parking at a stall number. Service was so fast tonight it lived up to the name sonic. I just thought I’d leave a review because the staff are always friendly here and I didn’t expect such a speedy service like that.

  Food was ready almost 15 minutes after the app said it would be. I ordered extra chili and cheese on the tots and got barely anything. Total ripoff.

  RAW CHICKEN AND OLD FRIES!!!!!! On 07/27/26 around 11:00Pm, I was served three orders of raw chicken bites. While waiting in the drive-thru for an additional order, both my 3 year old and I each consumed a bite before I realized that the chicken was undercooked. The chicken was cold, wet, and rubbery in the center. I immediately expelled the food and stopped eating it. In addition, I received cold fries. After I notified an associate, my order was remade; however, the fries appeared to have been reheated rather than replaced with freshly prepared fries. Given the food safety concern, the inconvenience, experienced, and the additional wait time, I was at least expecting an appropriate compensation or, at minimum, freshly prepared fries. At least I knew the undercooked chicken was fresh lol….

  My order was incorrect, and the food quality was disappointing. I asked for onion rings and got potato tots. The chicken tenders were bland and overdone. The meal didn’t taste good, and overall it wasn’t worth the money. We even went at non-peak hours. Based on this experience, I think other fast-food restaurants in the area provide better quality food and a more consistent experience
