  I ordered the same pizza I order every time, which is light cheese, extra sauce. This same store has put extra cheese and almost no sauce, 3 times in a row now. I sent the order back with the delivery driver and called the store to make a new pizza, and whoever the manager is has a terrible attitude. I got a rude “mmhmmm” and then was abruptly hung up on. This was the final straw for me, I’m done ordering pizza. It appears the only way you can get a decent pizza and decent service anymore is to go to a sit down restaurant. It’s a shame, I used to love Dominos and Papa John’s growing up, and now every order is wrong and the food is cold and awful when it arrives. The wings here are still good, however.

  I'm sorry, but I'm really tired of everything costing 4 times the amount it did in the late 90s/early 2000s, but being poorly made and incorrect. This Papa John's is honestly not unique in this regard, but for 2 medium pizzas (one plain cheese and one with 3 toppings) to be delivered, it cost over 40 dollars, and took over an hour to get here. Upon arrival, they're lukewarm at best; the crust is stale, and one of them was made incorrectly. They forgot the extra sauces that they make you pay for, and the delivery driver sat at the end of my driveway for 10 mins, waiting for me to walk to him, I guess. Which, like, come on. This pizza is terrible, and it cost way too much to be that bad. Never again, Papa John's. I'm done.

  Walked in the other day to purchase a pizza and walked right back out. Use gloves when your preparing other people's food. A guy was preparing dough, he didn't wear any gloves. The lady in the front preparing food didn't wear any gloves. I know you all know better than this. That's just nasty, I would give 0 stars if I could.

  I ordered a medium pizza and garlic knots...... they couldn’t tell me if they deliver to me or not. So I went and picked it up I got there and they had a medium Pizza with wings ? Told me they can make the garlic knots but it would take 10 minutes which I couldn’t wait since I had kids in the car & just asked for my money back. The tall young man helping must of been new or something cause he had no idea what to do. There were 3 people behind me and they messed up two of their orders as well..... Really need to work on customer service and repeat orders back to customers over the phone to avoid this issue
