It looked great but it was extremely cold for the entire group. Great food but I think they didn’t realize that it was 67 degrees outside.

Great waitress, service. It was early and we still had to wait awhile to be seated.

The Chital Dr Outback is horrible. Midlothian/Richmond has much better steakhouses. It saddens me becus I love Outback (Ive been to 30 or more Outback locations) but I have to be honest. I came with my dad, bro and my bro's gf. The worst part about our meal was my bro and his gf both found hairs in their Alice springs chicken/sirloin dishes. It was absolutely disgusting. The server asked 'How did that happen? Did you guys put those in your food?' They said they were just playing around but none of us took it that way. The management, Rachel, was present but not present. We asked for her 6 times. 6 times! She never came to talk to us. My fries were way too salty, my OB Burger was greasy as heck. Too greasy to really enjoy. Dad's OB Burger was slightly less greasy but he didn't enjoy it because it didnt come with tomato. He had asked for extra tomato but I guess they misunderstood. Man, this was truly a horrible experience. I don't ever want to come back to this particular location ever again. Dad called the next day and talked to a manager, I think Jenny. She was accusatory. She asked why we didn't ask for a manager when we were there? We told her we did... 6 times! She didn't believe us. Her tone was sarcastic and accusatory. They only gave us a 50% discount on the entire meal despite having 2 hairs in 2 of the meals. We did not put them there ourselves and don't appreciate that 'joke' Avoid this outback. They are dishonest and accusatory to loyal customers
