  Horrible, customer service is very unprofessional, I ordered the delux chicken sandwich combo and it was just a dry sandwich with two pickles. No tomatoes no lettuce no mayo! I asked for honey, didn’t get it. They gave me no straw for my cup. I’m a paying customer I expect things to be correct. And there was only a few customers in the drive through no rush hour. Unbelievable

  I ordered a single caramel latte through the drive-thru and was immediately told to pull to the side—a procedure that makes sense for large orders, not one basic beverage that should take 90 seconds to prepare. What followed was an absurd waste of my time. I sat in the designated waiting area for nearly fifteen minutes while every car behind me received their food and left. No employee came to my window to explain the delay, apologize, or even acknowledge I existed. I was completely invisible to the staff until someone finally wandered out with a lukewarm, mediocre drink and a hollow "sorry for the wait." The complete indifference is what makes this inexcusable. When a business pulls you out of the standard flow, they assume an obligation to prioritize your order and communicate. This location failed on both counts. The latte itself was scalded and flavorless—barely worth the wait, let alone the nearly twenty minutes of my morning I’ll never get back. I was late for my next appointment because a McDonald's crew couldn't handle a menu-standard coffee drink with even baseline competence. This wasn't a busy lunch rush or a complicated order. It was one caramel latte during a routine morning, and it triggered a total logistical breakdown. If this location can't execute something this simple with basic speed and courtesy, I have zero confidence in anything else they serve. Save your time and go literally anywhere else.

  Order ahead on the app, app says my order is ready, and I still have to go in and wait 10- 15 minutes while workers ignore me. 2 drink machines 1 the ice only works, the other the drinks only work. Drinks are always either flat or too much syrup not enough soda. Close to work- that’s all I got.

  They were soooooooooo incredibly slow!!! I don't know if they were short staffed, or just moving slow, but it took forever to get our order.
