  At a place like Dunkin’, the product should speak for itself—but here, it really doesn’t. I went through the drive-thru, and while ordering was easy enough, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The donuts were clearly not fresh. They had a dry, stiff, almost crusty exterior, no smell, and a chewy texture when I bit into them—like they were a day old. This location has been like this for years. I still stop in once in a while because it’s close, but nothing ever changes. The only items that seem fresh are the coffee and breakfast sandwiches—and that’s likely only because they have to be made to order. What really stood out was the attitude. When I thanked the employee at the window, she casually mentioned she’d rather go to Krispy Kreme than this place. That says a lot about how the staff feels and reflects the overall lack of pride and standards here. Even at the drive-thru, the team comes across as disengaged, with no sense of urgency or attention to quality. That kind of environment doesn’t just happen—it reflects a lack of strong leadership. At this point, it’s not just a one-off experience—it’s a known issue. This location has a reputation for poor quality, and upper management needs to step in and address it. With the right manager and better-trained staff, this place could turn things around, but as it stands, it’s consistently underperforming.

  Very nice staff working here but twice in a row received the wrong order and though often great at Dunkin elsewhere, this iced coffee is undrinkable. Buying a replacement at McD next door.

  SAT AT THE DRIVE THREW FOR 5 MINUTES THIS MORNING. WHEN I GAVE UP AND DROVE AROUND THE BUILDING ALL THREE OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE SITTING IN THE CAFE TALKING INCLUDING THE GIRL WITH THE DRIVE THREW HEADSET ON. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THE MANAGER ALL DAY BUT PHONE IS OFF THE HOOK. THIS USED TO BE A GOOD DUNKINS TILL THIS NEW MORNING CREW HAS TAKEN OVER. SHAME REALLY. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS LOCATION EVERYDAY TO GET MY COFFEE. WONT ANYMORE.

  Worst attitudes ever!! Slower than anything ive ever seen... they all should be fired. Also the lines wrapped around the building and some older lady is just playing on her cellphone. And im watching all of this through the drive through.

  Just ordered a sandwich asked for no cheese, worker repeated it sticker says no cheese …sandwich has cheese on it. Every time I call the lines busy. Tried calling customer service for a refund and just hung up on.
