- JSJosh StevensJun 23, 20262.0First - let me say that I’ve been a Dunkin customer for over 30 years. I grew up on Dunkin coffee and donuts since I was young. I’ve always preferred the taste of Dunkin’ coffee over anything else. Now, this Dunkin has always been super expensive compared to any other Dunkin I’ve ever frequented, even more than the dunkin I used to frequent in Maryland, where the cost of living was higher. I always accepted the premium due to the consistency and quality of coffee. I do not know what happened but the last 4 times I went to this location the drinks were very poorly made. You should notice a difference in sweetness when you request less sugar, nope, it was either the same or more sugar than normal. Same with cream, I want to taste my coffee, not just creamer. Nope, still too much cream, even with less cream selected Up until recently I was visiting this location 3-4 times per week due to the consistency, quality and proximity to my house. Unfortunately I have now written off this location because I cannot justify the price when I can get a more consistent coffee from say a Starbucks. To be honest, I’ve given up on Dunkin all together because the consistency varies with every location and this was the last holdout, unfortunately I see it has finally dropped to the quality level of every other location, with a much higher cost. - a disappointed 30+yr customer

Amanda the youg lady who was working the drive-thru window, provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. She was incredibly polite, cheerful, friendly, patient, and professional from start to finish. Amanda is exactly the kind of person you hope to see first thing in the morning. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness truly made my day better. In today’s world, outstanding customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Your store should be honored to have an employee like Amanda representing your business. I was so impressed with her professionalism and uplifting spirit that I personally gave her a special monetary tip to thank her for going above and beyond. Thank you for your AMAZING work, Amanda! Keep shining and making people smile..

The rudest workers ever.. i made a mobile order we pulled up to the window and the guy said to my husband why didn't you pull closer to the window( mind you we were within arms reach of the window no stretching needed ) and his attitude was horrible my husband said i don't wanna hit the curb and mess up my rims and he said next time get out your car and come inside. My husband said are you goin to pay for my rims of i hit them on that curb and the guy just kept running his mouth. He didnt have to reach out that little window crazy he passed it to us with no problem. Crazy how he wanted us up on the curb and wanted to keep running his mouth.. he isnt paying for my rims or tires if they get damaged . Now i see why the reviews are bad they have horrible customer service ..
