  It is absolutely shocking that this location maintains a 2 star review and does absolutely NOTHING, about improving it. Disgraceful, and everyone involved with the management of this location should feel ashamed for attaching their personal brand to this. My wife and I came in for the BOGO day this evening and arrived around 8:20. When we arrived the staff looked exhausted and fed up which I can understand because I imagine they were swarmed with customers all day. Regardless, the staff was overly curt with us, loudly using profanity with each other, and explained they were out of just about everything - mild salsa, steak, fajitas, corn salsa, and lettuce. To explain this the one lady rudely said "what you see is what we have". With an hour and forty minutes left if they staff still had inventory of these items, it would be a reasonable expectation that they would continue to stock the assembly bar until much closer to close. If the restaurant ran out of these items, then it was a failure on the part of the management staff to adequately plan for the promotion under the expectation that traffic to the store would be heavier than normal. Unfortunately seeing as you proudly maintain a 2 star review, and continue to run this location with out care I know this will fall on deaf ears. I have sworn off chipotle for years because every single location in this area is run horribly. I tried to give you a shot again today, and you proved that you don't deserve to stay in business. Not to worry though, if you keep operating this way I can promise you that you won't.

  Seriously, listen to the reviews. I have never written a Google review, but just left this store so upset I had to write one. I just moved to the area and did a pick up order from the drive thru without reading the reviews. My steak was inedible, they were completely hardened and the toppings I asked for were not there. I decided to give the store one more chance because I live so close to it and it is so convenient. I went into the store this time so that I could order exactly how I wanted to. The person who was asking me for my order was very rude. They asked me what protein I wanted and I responded with "steak". They asked me, "literally just steak?". I said "just steak from this side. I would like other toppings on the other side." They looked at me and said "that's what I just asked you." I've been eating at Chipotle for years and have never been asked for my entire order up front. Did not have to be rude about it. Finally when I got to the cash register and got the receipt, the worker kept the order on her side, did not try to give it to me, and just looked at me. I had to reach over the counter to get my food. Which obviously is first world problems, but that is literally a part of your job. When I got back home, the steak was once again hard and inedible. I have worked at movie theater concessions and a clothing retail store, I get not always wanting to be at your job, but please be helpful and courteous to your customers. I will not be going to this location ever again. Will be going to the Chesterfield Town Center. Seriously do not come to this location.

  WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a mobile order and got home to see that the rice was severely undercooked. Drove back to the store and got a new bowl, sat in my car to try it and the rice was even MORE undercooked. To the point it can’t be safe to consume. Told the manager on duty Nathan who was super rude and dismissive. He said to me “I mean this is your third time in here, what do you want me to do about it? You’re the only one that’s complained.” Literally fire him immediately he does not need to be working in customer service if he can’t handle one complaint about rice on a $12 order.

  Ordered double protein and guac and extra rice, I was starving after a long trip and no groceries at home. $18 burrito bowl and the bowl was so skimped they had to have been laughing while preparing it. DO NOT order from the mobile through at this chipotle. They will try to maximize on their profit because they know you won’t see the portions until you get home.
