  Smallest bowl I have ever gotten. I was totally skimped on food at this location. I felt unfairly treated. The person before and after me got healthy portions and I was nothing but respectful as I ordered my food but got nearly half the portion. The food looked dry on the line and cleanliness was definitely in question. The amount of burnt food pushed up to the back of the grill and the amount of food scattered on the work station was excessive. The guacamole was brown and unappealing and I got half the portion of what I usually get at other locations. I was not done ordering before he put the lid on and told me he would put the cheese on the side for me. Will 100% not be back to this location.

  So sad this location has gone completely downhill since opening as it’s close and convenient. But it’s always dirty and the quality of the food is poor. The fact that they thought this guac was okay to scoop and serve to a customer speaks for itself

  I ordered 3 tacos and there was literally 3 tiny pieces of chicken in each taco and the burrito i ordered was not wrapped properly either with a very tiny portion it is as well

  Clueless team workers very small portions of meat than we’re used to at chipotle. My steak was cooked beyond dry and burnt. We got chips and queso and the chips were so stale. We couldn’t eat them. It was a waste of $47! Avoid this place no one is managing it correctly.

  This place sucks. First, obviously had a trainee working the front with no supervision. The guy in the "kitchen" wasn't helping at all. Just kept making eye contact and changing gloves. Probably "wasn't his job". Stood in a 3 person line for 20 minutes, 637-657. Watched multiple people walk out. Why didn't I? I had to pick my son up at 7 and didn't have time to start over. Second, the prep counter was disgusting. There was $#!+ everywhere from start to finish. Rice and water all over the place, salsas spilled, cheese and sauces at the end where you wrap. Stuff is all over the foil. Just gross. Last, after I paid I go to reach for my bag and he grabs it and throws it at me. Check the cameras. Yes, I was frustrated, but I kept it to a very "matter of fact" transaction. Burrito, white rice, this, that, bing bang boom, let's go. I may have been short and to the point but I was not disrespectful. If I wasn't in a hurry I'd gave him the food and asked for my money back. I'll never go back. And no, I don't want anything for free on my "next visit". That store, in it's current state, is an embarrassment to the franchise. Update: Just read other reviews and the responses from the owner. Owner, your responses are embarrassing only because you've obviously had a problem at this location for a while and you've done nothing to improve the situation. Spend a night in the store and figure it out!
