The cheese didn’t even melt, the fajita vegetables didn’t look fresh/appealing, and there was barely any chicken in the bowl. I returned to the restaurant to have my order remade because the quality wasn’t what I expected. Unfortunately, the customer service made the experience even worse. While I was waiting, two employees started whispering to each other and appeared to be talking about me, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I shouldn’t have had to make a second trip to the restaurant after picking up my order. Between the poor food quality and the lack of professionalism, this was a very disappointing experience…

Everything had flavor. Now, EVERYTHING is nasty. The chicken tastes like water, the rice tastes like water, and literally the only thing I can taste in my bowl is watered down beans. I’m not sure what’s going on, but it’s not worth almost spending $20 on a bowl here anymore. The workers are also stingy with the rice for no reason. At this point, just close this place and hire new cooks.

- CCCoryMay 30, 20261.0The skimping on portions is really bad at this location, they give you maybe 1/4 the portions of other chipotles. never had to ask for extra rice before, and was charged 50c for a double wrap which has never happened before. i dont recommend the location considering theyre skimping on the few customers they do get because of the bad location its in due to the development going on around it. I maybe had 1/8c meat/rice which is way below normal. Taco bell has more protein in it and is cheaper sadly.
