  I'm sitting here in Chipotle's parking lot.. Ordered a chicken bowl.. You mite as well call it a SALAD as cold as it is. Skimpy on the chicken. The chicken is straight COLD.. No warmth at all. The beans are lukewarm. I believe the manager doesn't care at all. Just terrible

  I ordered catering for a birthday party from this location and added a family meal last minute. Great service on the phone when I had to change the pick up time and quick hand off once I picked everything up. The food itself was hot and fresh. Highly recommend the catering for a party. Everything comes packaged and ready to serve. Portions were plentiful.

  The food is stale and you can tell that the food has been sitting all day. The workers are always on their phones and when you order they mumble and are unfriendly. They hardly give you any meat and the restaurant is extremely dirty and the workers hardly ever take the trash out. Overall I would recommend driving an extra 5-10 minutes just to reach a different chipotle. We will not be back to this location even though it is very convenient for us.

  If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I had the rudest experience I've ever had in the food industry. The employee, a Jamaican woman, was rude, impatient, and completely wrong about the store's policy. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. She told me I had to pay extra for more shredded cheese on my bowl after only giving me a tiny pinch to begin with. I politely asked for "a little bit more cheese"—those were my exact words. Instead of simply adding a little more, she insisted there would be an extra charge. I contacted corporate, and they confirmed that she was incorrect. Customers are not supposed to be charged for extra shredded cheese on a bowl. She clearly needs to be retrained on company policy. On top of that, her attitude was unacceptable. There is a difference between working efficiently and being rude and impatient with customers. I left feeling disrespected over something that should have been handled professionally. I am highly dissatisfied with my experience and would appreciate a refund. I also hope management takes this complaint seriously and provides this employee with the proper training so other customers don't have the same experience

  I loved Chipotle when they first started but hadn't been in a while. I tried it again today for first time in a couple of years! The beef, in my opinion is way too spicy! Why does everyone think that we all eat spicy food!? There should be two options, no spice and spicy! Second, to point I was not offered napkins nor utensils.And I spent sixteen dollars on a meal!!! Won't be going back for another several years.If I'll at all.
