Leaving feedback so hopefully to can improve. I came there around 12:20ish and got the Steak Harissa bowl. They seemed short staffed and I didn’t even get acknowledged until they finished with the customer in front of me. I kinda just stood there until someone came up to make my bowl. The rice was cold and hard as a result of being undercooked. The steak was okay and I found everything else underwhelming. I asked for pita chips without the seasonal flavor, but still got the overly seasoned chips anyway. I came home and stated to pick at the bowl. Unfortunately the undercooked rice was everywhere so it wasn’t a joy to eat. I also found the pita chips to be over seasoned. You may want to offer an option for people who can’t have lots of salt. Over for $19 I feel pretty let down and annoyed. This is my first time at CAVA, so I don’t know if this is the standard or just an off day.

Great food. Large helping. We outside to avoid the echo of the high ceilings.
