  Excellent customer service. But, I got the BLT sandwich and let me say that bacon was old and overcooked. The commercial says 8 slices, I got crumbling bacon, wasn't 8 slices more like 3 broken into pieces the bread was good but not enough mayo on both sides. I got there around 5:30pm so I'm guessing it was to late in the day to cook a fresh batch of bacon. It more bread than meat. I know you can do better. As I write this i just saw another commercial advertisement for the BLT sandwich 🥪 😳. I want my sandwich to look like the pitcure.

  I come to this store every day for food. This past week there is always one Mexican guy with a very nasty attitude during taking orders and handing food out. Several times he messed up my food and I had to go around especially after staying in line for long periods and me receiving cold fries. Today I bought food and repeated no mayonnaise and I still received mayonnaise. Now I have to take the food back inside only for the same guy to put 6 tomatoes on my sandwich on top of the mayonnaise.This guy is so rude every time I order food from him. He’s mean and has bad customer service. I just don’t understand why he treats customers like that. Bad customer service

  I will never again trust Arby's with a cheat meal for as long as I live. As someone who very rarely allows himself fast food, on the rare occasion that I give into temptation, it is a treat in which I indulge. Tonight, this location had us pull around the drive-thru to wait for our food. Usually, that is a sign that the fried foods are being prepared fresh and they need a little more time to cook. That was definitely not my experience. Instead, we received partially filled containers of soft curly fries, and not only did they short us by 3 total chicken tenders across our meals, but they were clearly older, dried out "tenders" that had been sitting for awhile. A chicken tender is supposed to be larger and wider than a chicken nugget. Not one of the tenders in our order was larger than a big toe. Shameful. I don't see myself returning to Arby's ever again after this.
