  This 7brew stand is the weakest out of the 3 Midlothian stands. Staff is never super friendly and today my drink was made incorrectly and when I asked staff to remake it nicely they were complaining about it loudly and seemed very annoyed. I don’t normally leave reviews but it’s hard to want to go to this stand when the other 2 nearby are amazing.

  Extremely high price for two large drinks. I pay $16.80 for two large brunette chillers for my wife and I. They are consistent in making the drink the same each time at least. I recommend ordering HALF sweet for chillers.

  This 7brew location has been the best I’ve visited by far! The staff is always kind when I’m there, and even on really busy days, they try their best to get orders out in a timely manner. My drinks are always consistent and always taste good. 11/10 experience always

  I don’t typically leave reviews, but I saw another review stating this location lacked management so I’m hoping if enough people say it, someone older and more professional can be on site. There is a lot of playing around at this stand and not enough customer service. I pass this location 3-4 at the very least and I try to stop each time. I’m happy to go out of my way as inconvenient as it is for me, to visit the Midlothian and Courthouse location for less headache. I tried to address a concern today regarding 400 points that weren’t added to my account from my last visit, and another employee walked right up and cut across the conversation to talk about a “challenge”. This could have easily waited until after the employee satisfied the customer’s concern. This shows the immaturity of the individuals running the stand. Some training is lacking here and it can easily be fixed with an older, more professional presence.

  2nd order in less than 24 hrs and no change. I even asked for an extra shot of espresso thinking maybe the coffee is not strong. All I got was a cup of ice milk with a dash of coffee...you can even tell by the coloration if you drink coffee you would know this doesn't even look right. It's a shame to have wasted my money because I really wanted to love this place over starbs
