I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I came in asking for a remade drink from the day prior and was initially told they wouldn't remake it unless I brought the physical, day-old drink back in hand. While they eventually made it after I showed them a picture on my phone, they made sure to emphasize that "they don't normally do this"…which felt unnecessarily rigid for customer service. More concerning, however, is the state of the shop itself. They keep their doors propped wide open while making drinks, which naturally attracts flying bugs right into the prep area, it’s not hard to imagine a bug easily ending up in a customer's coffee. On top of that, the inside was in poor shape, with soaking wet floors and visible mess throughout. The staff appears to consist mostly of younger kids who don't seem properly trained or supervised to manage basic cleanliness, food safety, or quality customer service. I won't be returning.

Everyone is always so friendly. The drinks are always AMAZING. Everyone was smiling everyone I talked to asked how I was and what my plans were for the day. And just seemed genuinely happy to be at work and helping the customers.

I’d hate to say it but this location is going down the more I visit Waited 20 min by the window for my drink , and the the employees freaked out with the saw someone in the car so they all left to say hi while me and few other customers waiting in line for our drinks It’s my last time at this location. I didn’t even get my drink I left because I couldn’t wait any longer and there was anyone by the window that I can speak too since everyone is out

I absolutely love this 7 Brew location! The energy, customer service, and overall atmosphere are unmatched. Everyone is always so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to be there. You can tell the team really cares about making every customer’s day a little better, especially maddie, gavriel, and alanah. The drinks are always amazing, but the people are what really make this location special! I’ll definitely keep coming back! 7 Brew never misses!

Maddie is absolutely AMAZING! She is always so nice, friendly, and bubbly, and somehow manages to make every visit feel like the best one. Her positive energy and sweet personality never go unnoticed. She’s by far my favorite and such a bright spot every time I stop by! 7 Brew is lucky to have her! 💕☕️
