  The drinks are good, I do like their coffee more than other chain coffee shops, and their employees are nice enough. My biggest issue is the time, this is not a stop to make if you’re on a specific timeline. Sometimes you may get your drink fast, other times you’re in line for 10+ minutes. It’s like a coin toss. Again, like the coffee.

  For some time, I have contemplated writing this post. With the two-line system, the order is not determined by the first come first serve but by the staff member to take the order. However, I recently experienced a situation where I waited in one line for ten minutes while the other line served 5-7 cars that got there after me. This delay is often caused by teenagers engaging in conversation with their friends in the first car, which caused a bottleneck in the line. I observed this more frequently during the afternoon shifts. While it is true that having teenagers manage the business can be an energetic environment, it also lacks organization in certain areas, such as this one. In my opinion, the system should be first come, first served. There should be no reason why seven cars that arrived after me have their orders ready while there are three cars in front of me still waiting. If an order is taking a little longer, perhaps the staff could escort them to the nearby parking lot to minimize the wait time for others. Also if the car on lane 1 got there before the car in lane 2 the car in lane 1 should be the next one.

  Please hire employees who actually care about making drinks the way they’re supposed to be made. Tonight, the staff spent more time playing around and talking to each other than doing their jobs. My drink tasted terrible because no one seemed to care enough to make it correctly. If customers are paying for your products, the least they should expect is a drink that’s made right.
