  First visit. Tasteless cold brew. Mostly ice. Asked about it and was told by the drive through server who seemed annoyed by the question: “it is because it is drip coffee. There is no taste.” Peach mango drink was very sweet but drinkable. Going back to Starbucks!!

  I love 7 brew and the staff is always the sweetest! There was one morning they were super backed up and I was almost late for work but I know some mornings are just going to be like that and the staff was still kind and apologetic. Overall my favorite place to go for drinks and I’m always very excited when I’ve racked up enough points for a free drink haha.

  I visited the 7 Brew on 11601 Midlothian Tpke, 23113 tonight, Friday 8th of May, 2026. I arrived around 9pm, this was my first time ever going to this 7 Brew location. As I entered the drive thru, I pull up I see 2 cars in the lane next to me, therefore I pulled into the empty lane on left. I sit there for about 5ish minutes, with 0 acknowledgement. I then see a female with a white skirt on go to the car that just pulled up behind me, and began taking their order. At this point no one has even spoken to me. A young man came out & asked me if I order a sweet and salty and I responded with I haven’t even been served yet. He then told me someone would take my order soon. About 5 more minutes pass by and I’m still waiting to order. At this point, the car behind me now has 2 employees talking to them and I again have still yet to even be acknowledged. At this point it’s been about 10 minutes. A female comes over and asks to take my order, I order, and the entire interactions is awkward and offsetting. Once I received my drink, i placed in car, lid is not even secured firmly, therefore drink spills all in the cup holder. Overall, I’m an easygoing person, and very understanding. Although, with this incident I just can’t excuse it. It was not busy, and there were many employees that could have assisted or at least provided positive customer service.

  genuinely the worst location. went today and the service is terrible. we ordered 2 energy drinks and were directed to line 2. we were then stopped in line 2 for 25 minutes because the cashier “hit cash” instead of card… not sure what that has to do with us because we paid card! when it was finally our turn and we complained about the 25 minute wait the cashier snatched the drinks back and said “well do you even want them”. we asked for a manager and they refused to come out and speak with us. we were late to work due to them taking 25 minutes to figure out how to work a cash register and given 2 VERY watered down drinks. we asked for a corporate number and were ignored. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

  First time trying 7 brew today and took my 2 daughters. We ordered a Georgia peach 7 fizz, a vanilla milkshake and a French vanilla milkshake. My daughter in the front seat was so excited to try my drink that she dropped hers on the floor in the car. 🤦‍♀️ She was so upset. So I pulled back in and was greeted by the same attendant. She paused when she recognized us and I explained the situation. She gifted us the same drink and went so far as to give us plenty napkins and a rag to clean the car with. Needless to say, very eventful and fulfilling 1st time experience. Will return again, Thank you so much, 7brewCrew
