  “I’m a die-hard 7 Brew fan, but this week was a real letdown. I’ve never had my order messed up before, but earlier this week it happened at one of my visits . Then Today!!!! , I asked for a red, white, and blue drink for the 4th of July, and an employee was telling me that I can’t order the drink anymore because “corporate won’t allow layered drinks anymore.” 🤔 I really hope they listen to customer requests and bring back what they’re capable of doing—because I’d love to see them cater to us more!”

  I absolutely love seven brew. I’m a frequent customer but today I saw something that really disturbed me. The car in front of me had an adorable little dog in the car and 2 employees were playing with the dog and did not wash or sanitize their hands afterwards. I was next in line and told the young lady she needed to wash her hands before giving me my drink. She said she had. Which wasn’t true because I was watching the entire time. Please teach yours employees importance of sanitizing their hands and passing germs along, especially from a dog.

  I just wanted to say that Miles even at 5:30 in the morning was very nice. I come almost every day and get the same thing, i always ask for just a tiny whip in my dogs pup cup and Miles actually paid attention to that little detail that a lot of others skip. It may be a small detail but I appreciated it.

  I've been to 7 Brew a couple times now, and I've always had a good experience. I really like the levels of customization as well. The customer service has always been really great, but the service I received this morning was phenomenal so I wanted to make sure that I came to leave a review. I wish I would have gotten the staff members names, but they made the experience so great. I always have to order decaf and before I could even clarify that that's what I wanted, the young man said "and I see you normally get decaf is that what you'd like to stick with today?" Not only did it make me feel less of a burden to have to order something that I feel like is not necessarily usual, but it made me feel like they were happy to offer that customization and it gave me the feeling of being a "regular" even though I've only been a couple times. The young lady at the window also asked me how my weekend went and told me that she hoped I had a great week at work. Although I do love the drinks, the staff members and exceptional customer service are definitely the reason that I will be back.

  courtney is truly one of the best and kindest souls. she has great customer services skills and made the wait so enjoyable. i got a caramel macchiato and a surprise lemonade. Both 10/10 drinks. truly always a pleasure coming here and i travel an hour to get these drinks.
