Went in on a Saturday at 12pm. It wasn't a busy day, only 4 people eating there. There were only two people working and one of the girls walked out and left the other alone. They were out of roast beef, tomatoes, cucumbers and the lettuce was brown. We also some how managed to get someone else's sub from a pickup order.

Scheduled pickup order was 15 minutes late. Sandwiches were served lukewarm - not even hot enough to melt the cheese. Overall product and experience was very poor.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. It’s local so I’ve tried it numerous times and it always disappoints. Employees don’t even acknowledge you, don’t listen and take forever. My son even went in and the employee said I’m going to Food Lion and then a smoke so you can wait or leave I don’t care. They will ignore you and play on the phone. I would deal with poor customer service but the fact that they go out of their way to make your order wrong and refuse to fix it…..😡. Wish they would close and allow a better business take the spot.

I visited this Subway on Sunday, 3/29/2026, at 1:13 pm. I was disappointed with the service I received. The employee had an AirPod in their ear and removed it with gloves on, then proceeded to put it in their pocket without changing gloves after touching the customers sub; who was ahead of me. Additionally, the employee had no name tag and was rude to me in front of another customer. When I asked about building my sub the way I wanted, they told me they couldn't ring it up because there was no button for that specific sub, which is confusing since Subway is supposed to allow customization. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and not up to the standards I expect. I will NOT be coming back to this location.
