  Food was horrible!!! The fries, tator totts and chicken nuggets were nasty, tasted like old deep fried oil. The burgers were slapped together with a few stands of lettuce and half slice of tomato. The burger tasted like straight soybean or some kind of imitation meat!!! IT WAS SO BAD WE COULDNT EVEN EAT IT!!! Never again will we spend our money here OR ANY SONIC!!!! SEEMS THE ALL THESE FAST FOOD RESTAIRANTS HAVE RAISED THEIR PRICES AND LOWERED THEIR QUALITY AND STANDARDS!!

  Ordered on the app; family member went to go pick it up. Problems with order pick up at the restaurant meant I had to go anyway, defeating the purpose of the other person picking up the order. Finally got food and took it home, only then to realize that the order was wrong; food and sauces were missing. And food we did have was so disappointing. Everything is soggy and flavorless. Called store to try for some sort of resolution, but nobody answers the phone. Over $40 spent for a couple of burgers, sides, and drinks (even with a bogo burger promo applied!). Not fast, not cheap, not convenient, and tastes gross. Will never eat here again. Signed out of app and deleted it. Go somewhere else; there are numerous better options up and down Rt360.

  Took 32 minutes to get 2 milkshakes and 1 Hamburger and the Burger was cold and both milkshakes melted. And I was 1 of 4 cars at the location.
