  Always severely understaffed, service is so slow, inconsistent, items usually incorrect. List goes on, I would def not recommend coming here unless you absolutely have to.

  Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru and then they were out of most types of donuts. Pathetic.

  Waited over 30 minutes for everything 1) two med iced coffees with vanilla pump and cold foam -waited 30 minutes two coffees on the counter didnt say anything and there was no coldfoam or what we ordered asked where our coffees where and they tried to put cold foam on it instead of remaking the coffee we asked to remake them they said yes and dumped out the drinks and used the same cups they also put cold brew instead of original blend

  Customer service was lacking on 4/22/26 and I never complain about businesses when the customer service is trifling (tho I probably should). Sat in the drive thru and was the only customer. No hold on, be right with you or anything. Thought they might’ve been closed so I pulled around and the employee waved. Returned to the drive thru and an older couple arrived in front of me & got served immediately. Then I pulled up and NOTHING. Went inside and she was working but too busy with her phone conversation and still never acknowledged and said a word to me so I left. No other customer inside either. Please do better!🤦🏾‍♂️. The location off exit 89 down the road, complete night/day difference. I suggest better training or higher more people. This shouldn’t go unchecked.

  this dunkin is very disappointing. while the employees are very friendly, every single order i get from them is always wrong. i’ve never gotten my order correctly from them and it’s very disappointing. ordered bagel bites and got egg bites, and they forgot the cold foam on my cold foam caramel coffee this morning. they don’t pay enough attention, and i’m sick of wasting money. this is my 5th wrong order, so i will not be back. it’s a shame because this is right next to my house, but i have to drive out of the way to starbucks so i can get my orders right. dunkin do better!!! your employees need to start paying attention!!
