Immediately called the store. Man identified himself as the general manager answered the phone. I explained I was given the wrong pizza. His response, my apologies, I can refund your order or we will make your order and you can come back and pick it up. I said these are unacceptable options. Go hungry and get my money back or spend my time and gas to come back for your mistake. I asked if it could be delivered and offered to pay the delivery driver. Nope. I should not have to suffer for their mistake.

I’m happy I gave this location a chance because the service here has been great every time, the employees are always friendly and the vibe is very positive in the store whenever I’ve picked up. The only downside is that it can be a little slow, but it’s worth the wait given the good quality and kind staff.

I later received a coupon from Dominos for a FREE two topping medium pizza for the inconvenience. I tried to order that pizza only to be told that it was delivery only with $5 delivery fee (which I had paid once already) and I had to place a minimum order of $17.50 in order to get my FREE pizza. You cannot make this stuff up. Anyway I was looking for a good excuse to quit shopping at this store. This makes it easy. Adios. Never again.
