  If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I just ordered through door dash. When my food was supposed to be here, they cancelled my order. No reason given. No apology. Very unprofessional. Now I have to wait for my money to be unauthorized in my account.

  It's very sad what happened to this place. Used to be great but I don't know what happened. Last time coming to this place and I sincerely hope this place closes down. We went in today and was never served. Looks like 4 servers were to busy handling one party even though there was no one else in the dining room. The final strike after multiple poor experiences at this place.

  Absolutely disappointed in our visit! We attend the richmond location once a week. Our first visit to this one and you can tell the difference. First, you walk in at the girl stands there on her phone then takes a minute to send a message the states” how many”?. Then we order it took almost 1 hour to get food. When we get the food the child chicken fingers were slimy on the inside. I ordered the pick 4 appetizer 3 wings and cheese sticks. They dumped so much sauce on the honey bbq that it mixed. The waitress sends the manager over and he states “we cant help how the chicken tinders are” I ask are they pre cooked and he has no idea. He states “oh they just put too much sauce i can get you 1 more wing”. I informed him this was unacceptable and since he was nonchalant this conversation was useless. The waitress comes back and states I seen his head movement and he is always like that to customers and is the worst manager they have ever had. Buffalo wind wings need to do better as the reputation is going down hill. Also, more people were complaining about waiting for food and left. He didn’t even care as this franchise was already paying him and customers or staff was not important.

  Food was good and came out quick and it was hot and fresh. The service needs improvement. Waitress was cold inattentive and not happy. We were a party of 7 but the place wasn't busy. She wasn't mean but just not friendly on her approach. We all have bad days. But in an industry that rewards you for being friendly, attentive, and pleasing, that wasn't what we experienced. It was our first time in this location.

  very disappointed in this location. will never return. I placed a to go order for a birthday dinner for my niece on 4/30. I placed the order at 4 for a pick up 5:30-5:40. I got email verification that the order was placed and would be ready for pick up at 5:30. I get there at 5:45 and they do not have the order and no record of the order. Well the charge is pending at the bank and I pull it up to show the order and location. There is nothing they can do for me the order didn't go through. They said they could make the food then. It took them over an hour to make 3 burgers and 30 chicken wings. There was no rush or hurry to make things right and fix a screw up on their end. It was pretty much like they said screw her, she isn't important, all of our other customers take priority. I work in customer service, errors and issues happen, but what you do to correct that is what matters most. Had I received my food in a timely manner there would be no issue and I would have let it go. But an hour is unacceptable, watching dine in customers come in, order/eat/and leave before I ever get my to go order that was placed hours ago at this point was absolutely ridiculous. they didn't even offer anything. No drink no nothing for their screw up. No other customer that came in there had an issue with there order going through. customers coming and going, evening dining in customers got there food and left before I did. They said the food is done and they were bagging it up. It took another 20 minutes from that point to get it. It took an hour and a half to get my food and get down the road. What made it worse, food was cold and honestly was just nasty. We ended up just tossing it out. This was my first and last time at this location.
