Very upset with this visit. It’s hot outside (97° as of typing) and there was no signage stating that they were doing drive through only. A few people were outside trying to figure out what was going on and none of the employees came to see what was going on. Then when we went to the drive through and asked about it, the lady brushed the question off. I paid with Apple Pay and the manager made a comment saying “when we say we can’t do tap, we mean we can’t do tap” or donating along those lines. Mind you, no one told us we couldn’t use tap and we still wound up paying with tap. I’m irritated and my Bo Rounds taste weird. I come to Bojangles on road trips because we don’t have them back home but I guess I’ll back to eating at Sheetz.

You might as well save yourself the trouble. I have a deep love for Bojangles, and this place disappoints every time, but I keep coming back because it's on my commute. Every time you come, they are short-staffed. There's a 50/50 chance the lobby is open (beware, DoorDash users). This time was by far the worst. I had made a DoorDash order for pickup. At 9:15 a.m., I arrived at 9:20 a.m. Surprise, the lobby is locked. I called, and they informed me that they only have two people on staff, so I would have to use the drive-thru. There were three cars at the window and three cars in front of me. As of 9:58, all three cars at the window were gone, and I was down to one car in front of me at the speaker because the others drove off. No one had taken any orders, and I was unable to cancel my order. At this point, just shut this place down if owners are not going to listen to people complaining about the service or support your staff. You're wasting money keeping the lights on with all of the service not being provided and immense loss of profits from how many people are turned away. At 10:05, I finally had someone speak to me through the speaker to pull around. The time of picking up my food was 10:09. If you can't keep staff, you need to review internally. After getting my food, this time's debacle was staff calling out because they do not have a working HVAC system. They have been open since 5. Where is the emergency call to the HVAC company for a day it's supposed to be 120 degrees?

Stopped at this Bojangles on our way to SC. The whole restaurant is sticky, greasy and murky! My family felt so disgusted eating in there! The employees didn’t even acknowledge our existence. We had been standing there for like 10 mins with know hospitality. It’s probably best stop for truckers. Other than that, go somewhere else!

I was forced out of drive thru lane because of "short staffing". The car in front of me wanted to back out and leave because the line wasn't moving, so I had to back out and let them leave. I went inside to see if the store was open. When I asked the manager what's happening with the lack of movement in the drive thru he said they are short staffed. The food was good, it's just that we were inconvenienced having to go inside and wait. Wait time was longer than normal.

I’m not sure how much talent it actually takes to work at Bojangles… but I do know for sure that the crew that is there now doesn’t have it. Over an hour to make three pieces of one of the limited items you offer. What an absolute joke and waste. Hope something good moves in when you guys shut down.
