    The last few times I have been here, Zach was there and have been great, amazing customer service always making sure I have everything I need such as silverware, and friendly with welcoming customers, and looking professional being a great attribute to any company( in his case, arbys). Velvet does not listen well and when I asked to have a table wipeddown, her statement was im working my way around.. she was on the opposite side of the restruaunt. She seems sweet but comes across horribly. Otherwise great everything I come
