- PCPam C5 days ago5.0I had a problem with my Arby's order at another location but when I went to Mechanicsville Austin was willing to help me to make it right Trish also stepped in and took care of it also everyone there at the drive-thru is always super nice and friendly
- LJLaverne JBoyd5 days ago5.0We came in when the manager was on the cash register. He spoke to us in a friendly manner and took our order. Our food was ready as soon as we paid. We did not have to wait.

- MJMizz JApr 8, 20261.0Scheduled to close at 10pm but the drive thru had on auto message at 9:45pm of being closed. This type of service is what caused a location to soon decrease in revenue and eventually shut down yet workers whine about minimum wage but too excited about clocking out.
