Today I bought an orchid and asked the associate at the counter for a small box to carry it safely to my car. He was in the middle of doing balloons and made me wait about 10 minutes for something that should've taken two seconds — it was right behind him. When he didn't help, I asked two other cashiers and two other employees for the same simple favor since I was running late for an appointment, and every one of them ignored me. This isn't the level of service I expect after being a loyal customer for two decades. Basic requests like this shouldn't be this hard to get help with.

I asked him how much it was he said "ten something". I tried to find it on the display but couldn't read it at that distance. I had a twenty so I gave him that. I can't remember ever being told "ten something". To me that seems rude. First time I had been at that location in a while except for the Pharmacy where the Pharmacists are very polite. I don't think I'll try to shop there for food again. Cashier was Ghulam.
