- BBBrian Barnes1 day ago5.0We stopped at this McDonald's a couple times a week in the morning and hit the drive-thru. The service is always quick, we've never had a problem with our order, and the staff are very very friendly. As far as McDonald's Drive-In goes this one is top-notch.

It was: - Not that fast - Not that cheap - Not that flavorful - Not that pleasant If you usually drive-through, it's worth walking into this location. It'll be faster than the drive-through (ironically), and the scene is special: like walking into a dystopian sci-fi vision of a soulless future, where nobody talks or smiles, and button-pushers eject tasteless pellets for the populace to consume, while telling them to "Love it!"

The biggest issue is the customer service—specifically the manager, Jose. I asked for a water cup and was given a tiny ice cup instead, which made no sense. When I questioned it, he responded with a smart attitude. I then asked if he was the manager, and he said yes, which honestly made the situation even worse. When I told him the customer service was bad, he just said “thank you” with a smirk. Completely unprofessional. On top of that, the food quality isn’t great either. The fries have been soggy both times I’ve gone. I don’t know how someone with that kind of attitude is in a management position, but it definitely reflects poorly on the whole location.
