  The prices are way too high I remember when this place was a good price for a meal, but $20-37 for lunch is too much for the quality of the food, also they ask for a tip no thanks

  I’m giving this place one star because corporate has taken away what made the Nordstrom Café unique and so special. What was once a fun, warm, inviting, and loving hangout where you could sit down and eat until you were satisfied has become a much more formal dining experience. The food & service is still great, but now that I have to be seated, waited on, and tip, ofc, this completely changes the experience for me. I grew up coming here, and part of the charm was that it felt different from every other restaurant. If I wanted a traditional sit-down restaurant experience, I could go anywhere else around here. That unique charm is gone, and I’m genuinely saddened by it. Nordstrom Café used to offer something special—and I wish corporate had recognized that instead of changing what made people love it in the first place.

  My wife and I have been frequent diners here for over 30 years. It offered everything we were looking for in a shopping area meal. Excellent food served quickly. This year, corporate management chose to “upgrade” the experience by replacing the “cafeteria style” order placement with a server taking the order. This could have been an improvement had staffing been adjusted to meet the additional requirements. In our last three visits we easily languished an additional 30 to 60 minutes per experience with the added time to 1) get a server’s attention, 2) place an order, 3) seek refills or corrections to order, and 4) ask for and pay the check. On our last visit after getting an excellent explanation of Nordstrom’s definitions of Medium and Medium Rare, and choosing Medium Rare, she received Medium Well! Our granddaughters buttered noodles were “sans butter”. Our last visit , sadly, will be our last.

  This place used to be amazing been going for years. They ruined it…. The come see a hostess starts you off by ruining the experience. Second major thing they took a lot of delicious food items off the menu.
