  I used to love this store. Came in every morning before work and had a great experience. A few times the store manager would greet me and other customers. Unfortunately when I came during the afternoon today I had a manager following me and I ask him to stop because I felt uncomfortable but he told me that he was the manager and he can go anywhere in the store in broken English. I quickly paid for my items and talked to a few employees on my experience that day before leaving. Unfortunately I probably will never return to this giant store but the store manager is a great guy and friendly

  I always try to go to a register because I feel I’m helping save a job. This evening I visited the Chain Bridge giant. The attendant, a young woman, literally put her head down on the counter by the register and let out a huge sigh. Was she frustrated with me (I asked whether my phone number linked to my account; she said no and made no effort to make link) or having a bad day. If working at giant is a Chore for you, pls step aside. There are plenty of ppl who’d be thrilled to have a union job.

  The labels, particularly price labels, are not always clearly marked. There are two store managers who are great!

  Hello. I'm sorry to bother you so late. I'm extremely angry today. I went to your supermarket to buy some things, but because I don't speak English, I didn't know how to pay. Your employee, Oliver (other employees told me his name is Oliver), stood there motionless. We called him several times, but he ignored us. Afterwards, he didn't even apologize. This employee is extremely indifferent to customers. How can there be such an irresponsible employee? We needed help in the supermarket late at night, and he treated us like this during working hours. It's heartbreaking. I've encountered him treating customers like this several times in the supermarket. Today, I can no longer tolerate it. I also want to seek justice for the strangers he treated like this before. This is my friend's receipt; I've already canceled the order. This is the worst, most heartless employee I've ever encountered. I hope you can handle this matter fairly.
