I have stopped into this location the last week to find the team working in horrible conditions. The temperature inside the store must have been over 95 degrees by 9am. I asked a team member if the AC was out and the response was “it never works.” Workers were visibly sweating, flushed, and under duress. No one should have to work like that under any circumstances. Corporate should be ashamed! Do better!!

- NGNash Gomez4 days ago1.0This has to be a violation on so many levels... I went inside today to grab a couple of donuts to only to find myself in an oven of 99°F. It is 98°F with extreme heat warnings across the Midwest and Eastern regions right now, and the only thing they had to keep things cool inside—from what I could see from the corner of the counter—was a small table fan blowing in the direction of a tray of ice displayed on a couple of baskets. It is extremely unacceptable to have anyone working inside during this summer heat wave without a working air conditioner that—I know for weeks now has not been working since at least June—and unethical to not have the audacity to close shop for the better protection of your employees until the matter is fixed. It concerns me how negligent management is towards the issue, and I wish they would would be more considerate on this matter.
