  This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at Chipotle. The employees were extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I was met with unnecessary hostility simply while trying to place my order, which made the entire experience extremely unpleasant. This type of behavior does not reflect the level of customer service I would expect from Chipotle. Management needs to do a better job addressing these types of situations and ensuring that customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect. The experience was absolutely unacceptable, and based on the other reviews, I should have thought twice before visiting this location.

  This Chipotle is on the struggle bus - service is really slow, soda machine was broken, out of other drink options, and brown guacamole. No sodas…agua fresca’s offered, but they were also empty. Guacamole was brown and had to be days old. When asked if they had fresh, they said “no, that’s all they had.” While service was a bit slow for such a busy location, they were all very friendly.

  This chipotle was filthy bro. Every single table had food or spilled drink on it, the floor had food everywhere, the drink station was sticky. The staff was behind the counter cursing at each other, the girl who rang me out was rude and unpleasant. Whoever manages this place needs to seriously reconsider the staff they keep.

  Perhaps the worst chipotle experience I have had. The people inside were extremely unfriendly. They had a sarcastic tone and were cussing at each other loudly while taking people's orders. The lady at the checkout didn't even offer to speak to me (or when she did, she spoke so softly I couldnt hear her) and then once I paid, she sat my drink cup on the counter and turned around to chat with others. They didn't even pass me my bag of food (had to reach over the counter to get it myself), didn't say the transaction went through, nothing.

  This is one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve visited. The staff was disrespectful and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Since this location is in the mall, they told me they serve smaller portions because they’re busy, which is unacceptable. Customers should receive the same portions regardless of how busy the restaurant is. The restaurant was also noticeably dirty, which made the experience even worse. Between the poor customer service, small portions, and lack of cleanliness, I won’t be coming back. I hope management addresses these issues because this location does not reflect the level of service I expect from Chipotle.
