Its always their new hires - got chipotle honey chicken for the first time today to try and the kid gave me maybe 60% of one spoon, and half of that was just their honey sauce which made the bowl way too wet, especially after I asked for a half scoop of red salsa and he gave me a full. Its SO ANNOYING having to watch them mess up your bowl and then still pay $13 for it. Completely ridiculous.

The service was okay, they kept avoiding me , maybe because I was with others?. After about 5 minutes I was attended, I don’t mind waiting but no one was in line but me so I was confused since they were just standing around. I got my food , ate in the car and I noticed everyone I ate the rice it was crunchy, like a chip. The rice was not cooked all the way, everything else was done well, but I was so disappointed about the white rice. I’ll probably never go to this location again.

I also think it's hilarious that it says RECYCLE on top of the trash when they obviously don't recycle. Plastic trash everywhere and no one dumping it.
