And they also over salted and my kids didn’t like it and I think they should be careful with the salt also my kids very likes to eat chipotle but the person who cooked it put to much salt

- MMMjApr 23, 20261.0The old woman working at the counter had such a terrible and nasty attitude. I asked her for extra cilantro-lime sauce and instead of replying that would be extra. She replied “you only pay one dollar for this, this is how much you get”! Obviously she is horrible at math too, because I ordered 4 portions and paid over $70! Not only she needs an attitude adjustment to improve her customer service skills, she may also need some math lessons to distinguish the different between a dollar and 70! Will never be back at this location, due to their horrible service!
- MSM SMar 24, 20261.0If I could give service 0 stars I would. Vanessa Ochoa is extremely rude and does not have any customer service skills whatsoever. When I ordered a kids quesadilla (which I order EVERY TIME I go to chipotle), Vanesa wrongly insisted I had ordered a regular one because I got 3 sides and spoke to me in a condescending, argumentative tone the entire time. Instead of listening, she dismissed me and acted like I didn’t know what I was ordering. Even after I showed proof from the app that I was right and that I do get 3 sides with a kids quesadilla, she continued to be snarky and unapologetic. To make things worse, no one would even give me her name when I asked, and she just pointed at a card like I was wasting her time. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, and I will not be coming back because of how disrespectful and frustrating this experience was, which is heartbreaking because I love chipotle and I work at the mall and its super convinient.
