  The manager yelled at a worker for putting too much chicken on somebody's bowl, like how stingy can you be. Also, they're way too busy doing online orders to actually take orders in the store.

  Lots of overflowing trash in the bins. Ordered food to go, ordered double chicken and was charged for double chicken. Did not even get the standard portion of chicken. The chips were so stale. Do not eat here, very expensive and they under provide even when they charge you for the food. Just go to El Tio. Thanks

  Another example where prices are rising while portions diminish. I was stretched thin today, so when my family suggested eating here I agreed. The salad I received had hardly any lettuce. A salad where lettuce was scarce. What are we doing here? The toppings are also diminishing. I had to add cheese and beans for it to feel like a substantial meal. Do better?

  The Chipotle lady asked if I wanted hot sauce in my pork bowl. I literally said, "NO I'm allergic." She went ahead and put it in there anyway. I told her again, "NO". She paused, apologized, and gave me the food anyways. I was so mad. I threw it out. I hate wasting my money, food, and time. The atmosphere here is so loud, chaotic, disorganized, and crazy.

  Every time I go here I tell myself it is the last time because I always have some type of issue with getting basic, decent service. The staff always seem confused about who is doing what or how to ring up a simple order for a burrito bowl. They can't wrap a burrito if their lives depended on it, hence why I always resort to a burrito bowl. This past experience was probably my last at this location because of two things. The first is somewhat minor, but as they were putting cheese on my bowl, there was some cheese on the counter from making a previous order and the woman making mine decided to pick it up and put it on my bowl. I thought "hmmm that's a little gross". But then when I got home and started to eat it, I ended up with a long hair in my mouth - definitely not mine. It makes me wonder if the counter was dirty and the hair was picked up with the cheese....nasty either way. I feel like most times I go there I am inconveniencing them and sometimes it even takes a few minutes before someone even begins to help me if I am the only one standing there in line. I'm not expecting some spectacular customer service from a place like this, but I can honestly say I get way better service at other Chipotle locations vs. this one which sucks because it is the closest one to me. Oh well I guess I'll be driving to the next closest one moving forward.
