The portions were extremely small, the food tasted noticeably worse than every other Chipotle I’ve been to, and the overall quality was poor. Even the packaging was unacceptable. The boxes weren’t properly closed, and everything was carelessly thrown into the bag. I eat at Chipotle regularly, so I know what to expect. Other locations provide appropriate portions, better-tasting food, and properly packaged orders. This location fell short in every area. Extremely disappointing experience. I will not return to this location.

- AGALMA ULLOA GOMEZJul 18, 20261.0I came to this Chipotle for lunch, and as soon as I got in line, I noticed the apprentice, Nelsi Llerena, speaking to her employees with visible frustration and impatience. As a former Chipotle employee—and with my mom having served as a manager—I know the company's standards for leadership and customer service. We were always taught to treat both employees and guests with respect. During my order, she didn't know how to prepare a quesarito correctly. The cheese wasn't melted properly, and she placed two tortillas together as if I had requested a double tortilla. I corrected her and even guided her through the process. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she responded by saying that if I treated her with respect, she would treat me the same. I explained that my concern wasn't personal—I had observed her attitude toward both her employees and customers from the moment I arrived. A leader sets the tone for the entire team, and based on what I witnessed, the work environment appeared tense and uncomfortable. The employees seemed to be working under unnecessary pressure, and the overall customer experience reflected that. I believe this location would benefit from an evaluation of its leadership. Having the right people in leadership positions is essential to maintaining the positive culture and service standards that Chipotle is known for. For you to evaluate footage, I came in on 07/18/2026, at around 1:45 p.m.
