  Yesterday, September 28, 2026, was my second time purchasing food from the Martinsville, Va location. I decided to dine inside! The restaurant was clean, and the customer service from management and other crew members was excellent! We appreciated the smiles and greeting upon entry! The bathroom was clean! The food was delicious!! I look forward to dining inside or ordering takeout again soon!

  Me and my husband went there yesterday for the first time, just hoping and praying it would be good because we need something new and good around here. Well, we ordered the lemon pepper tenders and the parmarsean tenders with the voodoo fries and tea and it was AMAZING!!!! It was hot, tender, fresh and the tea was perfectly sweet. Everyone knows how picky we are about our food especially me but, it was soooo good!!!! Very impressed!!! Great experience from the cashier that took our order tilll the end. Look forward to coming back and trying something new.

  Both the staff and the food were of exceptional quality. Very polite and professional. The staff was very kind to my pregnant wife and I and offered recommendations and allowed us to change our order around. This was my first time here and I will most assuredly return. Very impressed with food and service. Come to the Martinsville VA Wingstop for some wings!!!

  Staff is very poorly trained. My food was ready and sitting behind the counter for a good while. Not a single employee bothered to look at the name on the bag or ask me if I was there to pick up or how I could be assisted. After kindly waiting I had to ask for my bag to be handed to me. Instead the employees were distracted playing with a baby behind the counter who I assume was one of the worker’s child.

  Picked up two separate or considering we were picking up for us and another person! We went to pick up our order and then headed to walmart maybe less than 10 min and came back and the other order still wasn’t ready! After a little bit we ask and they said that we had already picked it up. Then one of the cashiers at the front said we were ”lying” and we already picked up the food! The food we still needed to pick up was $70 dollars ours was $20! We ended up waiting an hour and a half in total for this order and without staying on them I doubt they would have even made it. Also after all of this the tenders we were supposed to get got replaced by boneless wing without even asking! Terrible experience and terrible management! I truly not one to complain but this was too much. ⭐️my buffalo ranch fries were delicious tho!!
