  Well after waiting in line for 15 minutes I finally got to order. Most of the meats were not available I wanted the Honey Chicken was any ready. Not much beef. pork looked dry , but they did have some regular chicken so that was what I had to get or wait more. The only rice was the white rice. Very little portions of everything except the lettuce. So my bowl was disappointing . I heard the ones in Roanoke are better. Won't go back here for a long while.

  They ran out of steak. The tables and counters were filthy this was after the lunch hours.

  On paper opens at 10:45. I wouldn't expect to be served until 11:15

  My family and I have been eating in the Martinsville area Chipotles and have never had a bad meal there. We absolutely love the fresh food and the friendly and professional staff.

  This location is very hit or miss to be honest. The service is either very speedy and on top of moving the line along or it seems as if the management just forgets to staff the restaurant correctly. I feel like half the time I've gone in there's too many people working and the other half of the time there's barely anyone there to keep the line moving smoothly. The food is always great, though. I've had a couple of trips where they didn't fill my bowls properly, but they're usually very generous about the portions they give! However, the restaurant is always very clean, tidy, and organized, so I have to give them credit for that as well. Overall, it's alright but I always find myself going back anyways :)
