  We went there yesterday ordered one small fries and jalapeño poppers they took 50 min and they gave order to someone else. I didn't like the Staff not taking responsibility for their mistake rather they were blaming each other. Very un professional.

  Ordered just two sides. It took almost 50 minutes to get our order, which was given to someone else who didn't even tell anyone working that they got the wrong order, they just kept eating.

  I wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible service and they are extremely slow. I waited 40 minutes at the drive through for a single burger. There was only one person ahead of me… AND they ended up giving me the wrong order. I have no idea how this place is still running. Shut it down!!

  Super mala atención en el drive thru espero mas de 10min para q me atiendan y luego de eso me dicen acércate a la ventanilla y recién ahi hice mi orden, siendo las 320pm de dia viernes, parece q los q estan dentro no quieren trabajar o atender al público no vuelvo más.

  For me I went there at 8:00 p.m. and their service sucks. The little light skin girl didn't take my order correctly. And when I gave her back my burger I watched five cars go through the drive-thru line. And two other people coming there with their orders incorrect. I'm just saying with all due respect your service and food was trash!!!! My smashburger was greasy as crap and it damn near fell out the bottom of the box.... And hell nah I ain't eat it
