  Ordered a pick up order that was supposed to be ready by 11:18. Went and got there at 11:18 and checked in on the app and added my stall number spot. Waited 15 minutes in my car and no sight of any workers had come outside to drop off food. A lady in her car next to me had also been there waiting before me so she went in and got her food, and told me to go in and do the same when she got back to her car. Went in and waited another 10 minutes to even speak to someone as no one was behind the counter. Two other people were also in line who had been waiting for their food for a long time as well. Finally got my food, sat down to eat, my drink had a bug in it, sitting on the top. No sauce was provided like I added, and the modifications I added to my order weren’t followed fully at all. Ridiculous!

  Slowest Sonic I’ve ever experienced. Took 10-15 minutes just for someone to show up at the front register even after ringing the bell then another 10-15 minutes for the food to come out. The floor was super sticky and they had an indoor cornhole set that was so loud it echoed through the whole dining area every time a beanbag hit one of the boards. The whole experience was just weird.

  I Placed an order for pickup on 7/9/26, and when I got there they told me they had turned the machines off for drinks 2 hours prior to closing. I asked the lady who brought us the rest of the order how to get a refund for the drinks, she said “Uh just do it in the app.” I tried to dispute it in the app and it wouldn’t let me. Another note is the whole atmosphere of this place is very gloomy. It looks extremely run down, with trash bags in the parking lot and the lobby looking greasy almost. I do not recommend coming here

  Horrific Service. Ordered mobile and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. Drove there which took 7 minutes. Called while in the parking spot to let them known we were there. Waited 5 minutes. Nobody came out. Went inside. let them know I was there. Waited an additional 15 minutes for my food. All you hear while waiting is teenagers in the back giggling, talking obnoxiously loud, and playing around. Additionally, the visit before this one, the person at the drive through was clearly on a personal call. I specifically asked her if all my food was in the bag. She confirmed it was. It was missing a sandwich and fries. Never again.

  Tired of reading the owner's comments to bad reviews promising change and "letting management know". Did you though? Did you? Cuz your dumb, lazy workers are still rude when they continually get orders wrong and take longer than a sit-down restaurant to take an order and get the food out. All I did was go back inside after seeing they forgot an item on my order. I could hear them in the back saying they don't know what I was complaining about and that they don't wanna deal with it. I paid nearly $40 and you think I was just gonna drive off without making sure my order was correct?? I can't even go to the Leesburg location cuz they're the same over there. Must be the same owner and management hiring.
